Featuring a large west-facing pool deck, an outdoor dining area, conservation views to the rear and a sunbathing deck outside of the pool screen so you can top up your tan every day. Guests staying here have access to community facilities at the clubhouse, which is close to the entrance of The Dales, another of the gated sub-divisions on West Haven. These facilities, a 2-3 minute car journey away, include a TV lounge, modern gym, swimming pool and outdoor tennis and volleyball courts. The rides and parades of Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World parks can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes from here and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove in about 20-25 minutes. Epic Universe - Orlando's newest theme park, can be reached in 30-35 minutes and features exciting new worlds to explore, including Super Nintendo World. Harry Potter fans will want to experience Hogwarts Express and Diagon Alley which are at Universal Resorts, a 25-30 minute journey from West Haven. ChampionsGate Village is less than 2 miles away along the Ronald Reagan Parkway and this is where you will find the nearest supermarket as well as a selection of family-friendly restaurants.
To the right of the front door is the formal lounge area with a comfy sofas and windows overlooking the front garden, an ideal place to sit and relax away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando’s theme parks. Adjacent to this lounge is the formal dining area which seats 6 people around the table, a great spot for evenings of board game fun with everyone. The family lounge is at the back of the villa and has comfy sofas, a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading out onto the west-facing pool deck. The large open-plan kitchen is to the right of the family lounge and has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you will need, as well as a dining table seating 4 people.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs to the right and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is to the left of the stairs and has a Queen-size bed. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are both Twin-bedded rooms, decorated and furnished in a style that would suit all guests. With a flatscreen TV in all bedrooms, nobody has to compromise about what they want to watch as they drift off to sleep each night.
The air-conditioned games room is upstairs and has an air hockey game, table football, seating and a TV with a games console. Perfect for the whole family to spend some time having fun out of the Florida sun. Community facilities are also available close to the entrance of The Dales which is 2-3 minutes’ drive away from here. The clubhouse offers a TV lounge, modern gym, outdoor swimming pool and tennis and volleyball courts.
The large, west-facing outside area offers a good amount of privacy and views of conservation and a lake to the left and rear of the property. The private pool will be welcomed by the children as they come back home here and make fantastic holiday memories having fun in the water. The much needed undercover area has ample dining space for everybody to be able to sit outside together enjoying alfresco meals and snacks. There is also a decking area to the left of the pool which has sun loungers and a small table with chairs, perfect for spending as much time as possible outside, topping up your vitamin D levels. The pool deck toilet means there will be no need for those mad dashes through the villa with wet feet.

West Haven is a highly recommended Davenport community close to Disney World and is divided into a number of smaller gated sub-communities. Sanctuary is one of these and has 130 privately owned rental villas, each with their own swimming pool and spa. Many of these also feature a games room and a south or west-facing pool deck. Orlando’s famous Disney World theme parks are just 15-20 minutes away, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are 20-25 minutes and Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay water park is less than half an hour's drive away.
