Orlando’s newest theme park, Epic Universe, is 35-40 minutes away by car and has exciting rollercoasters to ride and unique worlds to explore. Universal Resorts offers more thrills at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all just 35-40 minutes from your apartment. Animal lovers will want to head to Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins, while SeaWorld has the jaw dropping Mako and Kraken rollercoasters, both reached in 30-35 minutes. Less than a mile away from Bella Piazza is an iHop and Applebees, as well as several independent restaurants. For even more variety, head a few miles north on the US27 to find the US192 and the hundreds of restaurants it is home to, or head south to ChampionsGate village to find extra options. Within walking distance of you villa is Berry Town Center, which has a Publix supermarket, ideal for picking up ingredients and snacks.
The kitchen is located to the right of the apartment with all the appliances and utensils required to make tasty home cooked meals. The breakfast bar offers a great place to start your day of exploring Orlando with coffee and toast. Next to the kitchen is the formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal and then play board games. To the rear of the apartment is the family lounge with comfy sofa seating and a flatscreen TV, making it the ideal spot to relax and watch a movie. A nearby door leads onto the private patio, should you want a breath of fresh air.
The Main bedroom is located to the right of the apartment with a King-size bed, door to the balcony and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front left with a King-size bed an en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 is to the back left, has Twin beds and is decorated in a style suitable for guests of all ages. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV, allowing all guests to relax with a movie as they drift off to sleep.
Community facilities at the apartment complex include 2 outdoor swimming pools, a children’s splash pool with playground equipment, a modern gym, lounge area with table football, a business centre and an outdoor BBQ area.
Step out onto your very own private balcony and enjoy a chilled drink and snack at the table. With views of the communal pool area, the balcony is a great place to relax while keeping an eye on your kids as they swim in the communal pool.
