This modern open-plan villa will allow the whole family to be able to relax together and get into holiday mode just as soon as you walk through the front door. At the heart of the villa is the kitchen which has been equipped with all the appliances, utensils and mod-cons that you might need to prepare some tasty meals. The breakfast bar in the kitchen seats 4 people and is a great place to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks. For a more formal dining experience, the nearby table is large enough for the whole family to be able to enjoy a meal together, or to spend an evening chatting and playing games. At the rear of the villa is the main lounge area which has been furnished with a comfy corner sofa so that everybody can watch a movie on the large flatscreen TV. Doors from here lead directly out to the pool deck so you can wander in and out as you please to take advantage of the glorious weather.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with access to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom and this is on the right-hand side of the lounge. At the front of the villa, Bedroom 3 has been decorated in a fun Disney theme and has a Double bed and a Single bed, it is close to Bedroom 4 which has also been decorated in a Disney theme and has Twin beds, these rooms share an en-suite bathroom. For your convenience, each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV.
To escape the hot Florida sun or to burn off some excess energy, head to the games room and play a few games of pool or air hockey against each other. Additional activities can be found at the Oasis clubhouse which is an 8 minute walk through the community, or at the Retreat clubhouse, which is a 9 minute drive. Toegether, they feature outdoor heated swimming pools, kids splash pad, lazy river and water slides, mini golf, a modern gym, sports courts, play area, bar and restaurant.
Come back to the villa after a busy day at the parks and relax on the south-facing pool deck. With an undercover dining area, seating options and your own private pool and spa with no overlooking neighbours to the rear, this is a great place to recharge your batteries and make happy holiday memories together. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom from the pool deck.
