This privately owned vacation villa has 5 bedrooms and is located on the luxury gated resort of Encore at Reunion in Kissimmee. Features include a private pool, relaxing spa, good sized rooms and within easy driving distances to all Orlando's theme parks and attractions. While the majority of the community facilities are only available for villas with a membership package, the tennis and volleyball courts are available for your use, being only a 6 minute walk away. Disney World is only 15-20 minutes away and is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, so hop in the car and make your way here to create some wonderful memories. Universal Resorts is 25-30 minutes away and features Orlando's new and exciting theme park, with four unique worlds to explore, Epic Universe. Universal also has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, where you can find your wand or you can go and get soaked to the bone at Volcano Bay water park, then ride every rollercoaster at Islands of Adventure. Alternative attractions include Pipeline: The Surf Coaster at SeaWorld and swimming with dolphins in Discovery Cove, both only 20-25 minutes away from your villa. Spend all day at Orlando’s theme parks, before coming back to your villa for a delicious home cooked meal, or, if you don’t fancy cooking, head a few minutes to ChampionsGate Village to find a number of restaurants, or head a few miles north to the US192 and find hundreds more that will suit all tastes and dietary requirements.
Make this vacation villa your home away from home during your stay in Orlando. The well-equipped kitchen is located to the left, with all the appliances you could need and breakfast bar seating for 3, the ideal place to start your morning with a breakfast of coffee and bagels. Towards the back left is a formal dining table with seating for 6 where you can have a meal and then play board games long into the evening. To the centre of the villa is a family lounge with a flatscreen TV and comfy seating, while a nearby door provides access to the pool area. Watch a movie together as a family and then slip out for a quick swim. Upstairs and at the front of the villa is a second lounge with a flatscreen TV and seating for 6, ideal if a movie cannot be decided upon.
Located upstairs at the back of the villa, the Main bedroom has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the front centre, with a King-size bed and is the only bedroom on the ground floor. Back upstairs, Bedroom 3 is at the front right, with a Queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and is decorated in a Princess-theme. Bedroom 4 is at the centre right with a Queen-size bed and has decoration inspired by Toy Story. Bedroom 5 is at the left with Bunk beds. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV, making early bedtimes easier as you drift off while watching your favourite movies.
The majority of the community facilities at Encore at Reunion are limited to villas with membership packages, something that we currently do not have in this villa, through the beach volleyball and tennis courts are still available for use and are only a 6 minute walk away. Encore at Reunion is a luxury gated resort in the Kissimmee area of Orlando. It is close to Disney World, Universal and a wide selection of shops and restaurants.
