This large villa allows you to relax and spend quality time with your friends and family away from the hustle and bustle of normal everyday living. As soon as you enter through the front door you will be in the formal dining area with a marble-topped table seating 6 people. This is a great place to sit and chat or play board games in the evenings. A second dining table is at the rear of the villa and again this seats 6 people and overlooks the pool deck. The centrally placed kitchen has been equipped with all the appliances, utensils and pots and pans you might need, with a breakfast bar to sit at for those impromptu snacks or cups of coffee throughout the day. The family lounge has traditional seating in front of the large wall-mounted TV and has doors leading to the south-facing pool deck so you can wander in and out as often as you please to enjoy the sunshine.
The Main bedroom is to the left of the lounge and has a King-size bed, French doors to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are either side of the front door and each have a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is upstairs towards the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is back downstairs to the right of the lounge and has a Queen-size bed and direct access to the pool deck. Back upstairs is Bedroom 6 which has 2 Double beds and Bedroom 7 which is decorated in a Minnie Mouse theme and furnished with Twin beds. With a flatscreen TV in all bedrooms, everybody gets to watch their choice of programme as they unwind after a busy day.
The purpose-built, air-conditioned, home movie room offers cinema-style seating and a large projector screen so that you can sit back and relax to watch your favourite blockbuster.
The south-facing pool deck is the perfect place for dining, relaxing, sipping a glass of something chilled or soaking up plenty of vitamin D.
