Sun lovers and Harry Potter fans will adore this 3 bedroom, privately owned, Orlando rental villa on Indian Creek in Kissimmee. The pool, heated for free in June, July and August, is south-facing so you will have plenty of opportunities to top up your tan in the sunshine or to sit back and relax with a glass of something cold as you plan your next Florida villa holiday! The whole experience is made better by having no overlooking neighbours, thanks to the privacy fences and walls all around the property. Inside the villa there is enough space for everybody to put their feet up in the lounge if you need some shade, or if you wish to stay active, there is an air-conditioned games room where you can play pool and air hockey. The community facilities include tennis and basketball courts for guests to use, as well as a putting green and children's play area. From here it typically takes 10-15 minutes to reach Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World theme parks and 15-20 minutes for SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. Harry Potter fans will have to show a little more patience, Universal Resorts is about 20-25 minutes away along the nearby I-4 Highway. The brand new Universal Epic Universe has four enchanting worlds for you to explore and is only 25-30 minutes from your villa, so make sure to pay it a visit! The US192 is a mile or so away from Indian Creek and has hundreds of restaurants and take-aways to choose from, enough to satisfy all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.
The Quidditch-inspired lounge is at the back of the property and contains comfy seating for 6 people around a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and a set of patio doors leading to the south-facing pool deck. The kitchen, with all the appliances and equipment you might need, is near the front of the villa and is close to the dining table which is also a great spot to sit and play board games in the evenings.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the lounge and contains a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are next to each other to the left of the lounge. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed, with Bedroom 3 having a Harry Potter theme and Twin beds. For the comfort and convenience of guests, all bedrooms have ceiling fans and wall-mounted flatscreen TVs.
For those who like to unwind with a bit of friendly competition, there is an air-conditioned games room where you can play as many games of pool and air hockey as you wish before seeing if you can set a high score on the arcade game in here. Community facilities, a few minutes walk away from here, include basketball and tennis courts, a putting green and a children's play area with swings and slides.
The south-facing outside area benefits greatly from having no overlooking neighbours, giving you all the opportunity to really let your hair down and enjoy your very own private pool, heated for free in June, July and August! Outside you will also find a covered dining area, where you can enjoy an alfresco meal. For added convenience, there is direct access to the bathroom between Bedrooms 2 and 3 from the pool deck.

Conveniently tucked away just off the popular US192, it is a perfect location for all Orlando theme parks and holiday attractions.
