Berry Town Center, a mile from here in the other direction, has a selection of family-friendly restaurants, a Publix supermarket and a British bar serving fish and chips and offering regular entertainment evenings. The rides and rollercoasters of Disney World are just 15-20 minutes away along the US192, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 25-30 minutes from here. Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay water park can be reached in as little as 35-40 minutes along the I-4 Highway, a road that also leads to Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center as well as some of Florida’s award-winning beaches.

Just inside the front door is a formal dining table seating 6 guests, this overlooks the front garden and is a great place to sit and enjoy an evening of playing cards or boards games once the dishes have been cleared away. Close to this is a small lounge area with a comfy sofa, the ideal spot to sit and chat with a loved one or to enjoy some quiet time reading a good book. At the rear of the villa is the main family lounge with lots of comfortable seating options in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Doors from this lounge lead directly outside to the south-facing pool deck so you can wander in and out with ease to enjoy the glorious Florida sunshine. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the gadgets and pots and pans you are likely to require is next to the lounge and the breakfast bar is a great place to enjoy snacks and drinks at any time. A small dining table overlooks the pool deck and is perfect for younger family members to eat their meals at. Upstairs on the landing is another lounge area with comfy seating and a TV connected to a games console, just right for teenagers in your family to claim as their own space!
The Main bedroom is upstairs on the left of the landing, away from all other bedrooms, it has a Queen-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Downstairs next to the main lounge is Bedroom 2 with a Queen-size bed, door to the pool deck and en-suite bathroom. Adjacent to this is Bedroom 3 with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs on the right of the landing is Bedroom 4, decorated in a Star Wars theme and furnished with a set of Bunk beds, next to this is the Princess themed Bedroom 5 which has a Single bed.
A favourite feature of this villa is the sporty games room. Everybody can gather in here, making some happy memories together playing pool, air hockey and table football. Tennis fans should grab a racket and head to the community court a couple of minutes’ walk from here, younger children can play on the swings and slides or enjoy a picnic nearby.
The south-facing outside area has a larger-than-average pool, a relaxing spa and no overlooking neighbours to the rear. With plenty of seating options around the dining tables, this is a perfect place to enjoy long summer evenings out here enjoying a glass of something chilled after an alfresco dinner.
Highgate Park is a peaceful gated sub-community within the larger Legacy Park community on the US27 in Davenport. It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions.
