This privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa is located on the popular Clermont community of Orange Tree and has good access to the US27. It features 4 bedrooms, a south-facing pool and spa with conservation views, a games room and is just a 4 minute walk from the community facilities, which include a children’s play area, tennis court and a 5 acre playing field, allowing guests to use up the last of their energy before bed. Just a few minutes south on the US27 is the popular US192 where you can find hundreds of dining options that will suit all tastes and budgets, as well as a number of shops and supermarkets where you can pick up drinks and snacks for days relaxing around the swimming pool and spa. Disney World can be reached in 25-30 minutes, so head to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot to experience amazing days out and meet all your favourite characters. Make sure to visit Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, with thrilling rollercoasters and attractions, just 40-45 minutes from your villa. More adrenaline pumping rides can be found at Universal Resorts, which are 40-45 minutes from your villa and include The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or encounter penguins and manatees at SeaWorld, both just 35-40 minutes away.
Kick off your shoes and start your vacation the moment you enter this open-plan vacation villa. The kitchen is located to the left of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliance and utensils needed to make tasty meals. The breakfast bar and additional table offer great places to start your morning with coffee and pancakes before you head out to explore Orlando. The formal dining table is to the front of the villa, enjoy a meal here before playing board games all evening. The main lounge is located to the rear of the villa with a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and door leading to the south-facing pool and spa, so you can watch movies before stepping out for a quick dip in the water. Centrally located is a second lounge with comfy sofa seating, perfect for curling up with a book or enjoying a chat.
The Main bedroom is located to the right of the villa with a King-size bed, a door to the south-facing pool and spa and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the back left with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, which has a door leading to the south-facing pool and spa. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are to the left of the villa. Bedroom 3 has a Queen-size bed, while Bedroom 4 has Twin beds and is decorated in a style suitable for younger guests. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so all guests can relax and watch movies as they drift off to sleep.
Head to the games room located at the front of the villa to find a pool table, where you can practice your trick shots or play a game with your family. If you walk just 4 minutes you will reach the community facilities, which include a children’s play area, tennis courts and a 5 acre playing field.

Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. All of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation villas we have to rent have a private pool and many of them also benefit from having a games room and south or west-facing view from the pool deck, often with a scenic conservation view. The popular US192, with its wide range of shops and family-friendly restaurants is a few miles south of here.
