Just over a mile away from your villa is a Publix supermarket, just south on the US27. This is ideal for getting drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around the south-facing pool and spa. Further south on the US27 is the popular US192, home to hundreds of restaurants and dining options that will cater to all tastes, from sushi, burgers and salads. Disney World, home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, where you can meet all your favourite characters, is 25-30 minutes away. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, has 4 unique locations with exciting rides and experiences for your family to enjoy, reached in 40-45 minutes. Find even more jaw dropping rides at Universal Resorts, which has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all reached in 40-45 minutes. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove, while SeaWorld has the Mako and Kraken rollercoasters, a 35-40 minute drive from your villa.
Spend quality time with your family at this privately owned vacation villa. The kitchen is to the left of the villa and is well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals. The breakfast bar, as well as the additional table is a great place to start your day of exploring Orlando with coffee and pancakes. The formal dining table is at the front left of the villa, perfect for having a meal before playing card games all evening. The family lounge is centrally located and has a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and a door leading to the south-facing pool and spa. This is the perfect place to watch all your favourite movies while keeping an eye on your kids as they play in the water.
The Main bedroom is at the back left of the villa and has a King-size bed, a door to the south-facing pool and spa and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front right of the villa and has a King-size bed. Bedroom 3 is at the back right with a Mickey Mouse-theme and Twin beds, while the nearby Bedroom 4 has Twin beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come with a flatscreen TV, so guests can relax in comfort as they watch their preferred programmes.
Make your way to the games room to find entertainment in the form of table football and ping-pong, on which you can challenge your family. The community facilities can be reached with a 7 minute walk and feature children’s play areas and tennis courts, so you can use up the last of the day’s energy.
The south-facing pool and spa is the perfect place to recharge your batteries after a day of exploring Orlando. With conservation views and no overlooking rear neighbours, you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the spa while your kids play in the pool, before laying back to dry off under the Florida sunshine. A nearby door provides access to the bathroom near Bedrooms 3 and 4, so a towel can be reached without any mad dashes through the villa. There is also plenty of covered dining seating, so all guests can enjoy alfresco meals as they chat about their day.

Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. All of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation villas we have to rent have a private pool and many of them also benefit from having a games room and south or west-facing view from the pool deck, often with a scenic conservation view. The popular US192, with its wide range of shops and family-friendly restaurants is a few miles south of here.
