The community facilities are less than a minutes’ walk from here and include a heated swimming pool, spa, clubhouse with TV lounge, gym and games room, beach volleyball court, play area and mini golf. The magic and excitement of Disney World is just 20-25 minutes away from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 30-35 minutes away. Universal Resorts, including Volcano Bay water park, Islands of Adventure and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, can be reached in as little as 35-40 minutes. Restaurant options catering for all tastes, desires and budgets can be found a few miles north of here on the US192 or try Berry Town Center which is a little closer and has a supermarket, British bar and selection of family restaurants.
This villa is a cosy and traditional home away from home where you can take a break and unwind with your loved ones in Florida. As you enter the villa, you will find a family lounge area with comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, and windows overlooking the garden, offering an ideal spot to relax and rejuvenate after a day at the theme parks. Moving towards the back of the villa, you'll discover another lounge area, complete with a flatscreen TV, comfy seating and patio doors that lead out to the pool area. The well-appointed kitchen is centrally located and comes fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you'll need if you choose to cook dinner for the family. The nearby dining table provides the perfect setting for a casual breakfast as you plan out your day. On the opposite side of the kitchen, adjacent to the front lounge area, you'll find a larger dining table that's perfect for mealtimes or engaging in fun-filled board game sessions during the evenings.
The Main bedroom is to the left of the main dining area, it is the only bedroom on the ground floor and has a Queen-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 3 is nearby and also has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is at the front of the villa upstairs and has Twin beds and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 5 is at the back and has Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 6 is at the back and has Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom that can also be accessed directly from the landing.
The clubhouse is less than a minutes’ walk from here and guests are encouraged to make full use of all the community facilities, including the heated swimming pool, separate spa, clubhouse with TV lounge, games room, well-equipped gym, outdoor play area and mini golf.
After busy days at the theme parks or shopping malls, return to your villa for some rest and relaxation out on the pool deck.
