This 6 bedroom privately owned rental villa is on the gated Davenport resort of Solterra, one of the best and most popular communities in the Disney area. The villa offers two separate lounge areas, a Harry Potter themed bedroom for the kids, a well-equipped games room and a private pool and spa with peaceful scenic views. A wide range of shops and restaurants, as well as some amazing golf courses, are within easy driving distances of this community. Universal, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is less than half an hour away along the nearby I-4 Highway, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are slightly closer, Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe is 30-35 minutes away and Magic Kingdom and the other Disney theme parks are just 15-20 minutes from here. Guests staying on Solterra should head to the clubhouse area, less than 10 minutes’ walk from the villa, and take advantage of all the community facilities on offer including the gym, heated pool with lazy river and sports courts.
No matter what the reason behind your family holiday to Orlando is, this villa has something for everybody. The open-plan design allows the whole family to be able to spend quality time together away from the stresses and strains of normal everyday living. The main lounge is at the back of the villa, with windows overlooking the pool deck, and contains seating for 6 people around a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The kitchen, with modern appliances and all the gadgets and equipment you could possibly need is nearby and has a breakfast bar for 4 people which is perfect for snacks and drinks at any time of the day. Between the kitchen and doors leading to the sunny pool deck is a large family dining table with 10 seats, the perfect setting for a special occasion meal with your family. If viewing preferences differ, head upstairs to the second lounge area which also has comfy seating in front of a flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is downstairs, to the left of the lounge, here you'll find a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that has a door onto the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is upstairs to the back of the property also with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is back downstairs, at the front of the villa, this has windows overlooking the front garden, a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs behind the second lounge is Bedroom 4 which contains a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 and the Harry Potter-themed Bedroom 6 each contain Twin beds and are near each other across the landing from Bedroom 4. For the convenience of all guests, every bedroom has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
If you have a competitive spirit, head to the games room where you can play pool and table tennis long into the night. Seating has also been supplied so that anyone awaiting their next turn can do so in comfort. The community facilities at the clubhouse are less than a 10 minute walk away and include an internet room, TV lounge, outdoor heated swimming pool with separate lazy river, spa and sunbathing area, fully-equipped fitness centre, picnic area, kid's play area, fishing lake, tennis and volleyball courts.
The pool deck, with spa, benefits from having an outside dining area where you can tuck into an alfresco meal in the Florida heat, looking out over the conservation area to the rear of the villa. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom from the pool deck.

The gated community of Solterra, often considered to be one of the best resorts in Davenport, has everything you need for your Orlando villa holiday. Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
