Universal Resorts, approximately 30-35 minutes away from here, is where you can sip a Butterbeer in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, make a splash in Volcano Bay water park and ride exhilarating rollercoasters in Islands of Adventure.
This privately owned vacation property is a perfect home from home so that you and your family can relax and enjoy special time together here in Orlando. The open-plan layout includes a spacious lounge area, filled with lots of natural light and furnished with comfy seating in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Patio doors from here lead to the southwest-facing pool and spa area so you can easily wander in and out to check up on the kids splashing around in the water. The kitchen is to one side of the lounge and has all the appliances, gadgets and utensils required to fulfil any culinary requirement and a convenient breakfast bar with seating for 3 people. A dining table between the kitchen and windows overlooking the pool area is a great setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is just off the lounge and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front of the villa, it has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, at the back of the villa, has been furnished with a Queen-size bed, and so does the nearby Bedroom 4. The Twin-bedded Bedroom 5 is next to Bedroom 2 and is decorated in a style that would be suitable for everybody. For the added comfort and convenience of all guests, each bedroom has a ceiling fan and flatscreen TV.
No games room in this villa but guests staying here are able to use the community facilities, a 5 minute walk away from here, including the beach volleyball and tennis courts, games room and well-equipped gym in the clubhouse.

A really nice five bedroom vacation home on a peaceful gated community in Davenport. The home is well equipped, well maintained and very tidy. The pool deck is southwest facing and has complete privacy on all sides.
The small, peaceful, gated community of Tuscan Hills is on the US27 in Davenport and is close to Disney World, Universal and all other Orlando attractions and theme parks. It has a range of privately owned villas to rent from 3 to 5 bedrooms. Many of our highly recommended villas have their own games room as well as a south or west-facing private pool and spa. Community facilities include a clubhouse with a gym and games room, a kiddie’s outdoor play area and tennis and volleyball courts. Shops, restaurants and fast food outlets to please all tastes and budgets are within a couple of miles.
