As soon as you walk through the front door you will be in a formal lounge area with a large corner sofa suitable for you to curl up in comfort and relax. At the rear of the villa, and overlooking the south-facing pool deck, is the second lounge area with comfy seating in front of a large flatscreen TV. The spacious kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and utensils you might need to cook some spectacular family meals, is close to the lounge and also has a dining table seating 6 people which is a great place to enjoy breakfast before heading out for the day. A second dining table seating 6 people is close to the front lounge and is a perfect place to enjoy some board game fun or an evening of sitting and chatting with each other once the dishes have been cleared away.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, so is great for guests that want a little extra privacy or those that are early risers and don’t want to disturb the rest of the family, it is at the rear of the villa and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front of the villa on the left and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs on the right at the front and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is on the right at the back and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are on the left at the back and these Twin-bedded rooms have been furnished and decorated in a style that would suit all guests. All bedrooms have their own TV so if you want to watch something different from the rest of the family you can retire to your room and relax.
When things get a little hot outside, head to the air-conditioned games room to cool off, with a pool table and Ping Pong the whole family can take part in some friendly games together. Extra activities and community facilities can be found at the clubhouse, just 2 minutes walk from here and these include an outdoor heated swimming pool, well-equipped gym, sports courts and children’s play area.
