The villa offers 4 good-sized bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, a well-equipped games room and a private pool on an extended deck with conservation views across woodland. Community facilities, a 10-15 minute walk from here, are available for all guests to use and include a heated outdoor swimming pool, spa, play area and gym. There are a number of shops, restaurants and golf courses within a 15 minute drive of this community.

The downstairs open-plan living accommodation includes a spacious and well-equipped kitchen which makes cooking and meal preparation a real pleasure. Bedroom 3 is ideal for guests that want a little extra privacy, it is downstairs by the front door and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that also has a door leading out to the hallway. Back upstairs for Bedroom 4 which has Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. With a flatscreen TV in each bedroom there is no need for anybody to miss out on watching their favourite TV show.
The fantastic games room has been equipped with a pool table, air hockey and table football so you can challenge each other to as many games of these as you wish. Extra community facilities, including outdoor swimming pool, well-equipped gym, sports courts and play area for small children, can be found within a 10-15 minute walk from here at the clubhouse.
There are plenty of seating options outside for everybody so you can sit back and relax in the warm Florida sun or pull up a chair in the shade with your favourite novel.
