This privately owned 5 bedroom Orlando vacation villa is on the popular gated Kissimmee resort community of Windsor Hills. It features a south-facing pool and spa, that is heated free of charge for our guests, a complimentary gas BBQ grill, an air-conditioned home cinema/games room and is just a 5 minute walk from the resort facilities. At the clubhouse, you will find a 40 seat cinema, modern gym, computer room and video games arcade with ping-pong and pool tables. Outside is a heated swimming pool, a kids splash park, a hot tub and a castle play area. There are also beach volleyball, tennis and basketball courts for guests to use. A mile from your villa is a large Walmart at Old Lake Wilson Road, where you can grab drinks and snacks for those lazy days relaxing around your very own pool and spa. The ever popular US192 is just minutes from your villa and is home to hundreds of restaurants and eateries, catering to all tastes and budgets. Disney World can be reached with a quick 10-15 minute drive and is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, where you can watch the daily parades and fireworks displays. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe is where you family can explore unique locations full of exciting experience, all 25-30 minutes away. Adrenaline pumping rides await you 20-25 minutes from your villa at Universal Resorts, with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or ride the Mako and Kraken rollercoasters at SeaWorld, both just a 15-20 minute drive from your villa.

The family lounge is at the rear of the villa with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the south-facing pool and spa, so guests can come and go as freely as they like. At the front of the villa is the air-conditioned home cinema/games room with a large flatscreen TV and individual comfy seating, the ideal place to watch all the latest blockbuster movies.
The Main bedroom is on the ground floor, at the back left of the villa. It has a King-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and windows overlooking the south-facing pool deck. The Beauty and the Beast-themed Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the Encanto-themed Bedroom 3 is at the front left and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the Cars-themed Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor and to the right with Twin beds. Bedroom 5 is back upstairs and at the right, it has a Princess-theme and Twin beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV so guests can relax and watch their favourite movies as they drift off to sleep.
Head to the air-conditioned home cinema room/games room to relax on the individual seats while watching the latest blockbusters on the large flatscreen TV. Arcade games, a table football and flatscreen TV provide additional entertainment for your family. Walk just 5 minutes to reach the resort facilities, which includes a heated swimming pool, hot tub, kids water park and a castle play area. Extremely well-themed, very nice Disney home on Windsor Hills. This home is perfect for any Disney enthusiast, it is well maintained and it’s not only entertaining but very comfortable as well. There is a combo movie cinema room, and game room providing two air-conditioned spaces to watch TV including the main lounge. The south-facing pool deck gives good privacy.
Windsor Hills is a highly recommended gated Kissimmee resort, and one of the closest communities to Disney World. With Orlando’s other theme parks Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, all within an easy driving distance. Shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are within a 2 mile drive of here on the US192. Many of our privately owned rental villas on this resort have a family games room or south or west-facing pool and spa. Facilities here include heated swimming pool, kiddie's water park, gym, sports courts, cinema, BBQ area and 24 hour manned security at the entrance gate.
A maximum of 3 cars is allowed per property on Windsor Hills. These must be parked on the driveway of the villa and must not block the sidewalks or be parked on the streets or grass. Additional parking locations are located near the clubhouse. Quiet times for Windsor Hills are from 11pm to 7am.
