About a mile from your villa is a Publix supermarket at Berry Town Center, where you can grab drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around your very own pool and spa, while just minutes from your villa is the always popular US192, which is home to hundreds of restaurants and take-away options, serving everything from burgers to sushi, pizza to burritos. Disney World, home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, can be reached with a 20-25 minute drive and is where you can watch the daily fireworks displays. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, is 35-40 minutes away and has exciting locations and experiences to be had. Jaw dropping thrills are at Universal Resorts, with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park all being 35-40 minutes from your villa. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or encounter penguins and manatees at SeaWorld, both just a 25-30 minute journey.

The Mickey Mouse-themed Bedroom 3 is at the front left and has a Queen-size bed and shares a bathroom with the Lilo and Stitch-themed Bedroom 4 which has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 5 is at the back left, is decorated in a Princess-theme, has a Queen-size bed and shares an en-suite bathroom with the Avengers-themed Bedroom 6 which has Bunk beds and a Double bed. Bedroom 7 is at the right of the villa with a Harry Potter-theme and Bunk beds, while nearby is the How to Train Your Dragon-themed Bedroom 8 with Bunk beds and a Single bed. Bedroom 9 is at the top of the stairs and is a Toy Story-themed room with a Triple Bunk bed. Bedroom 10 is back on the ground floor, at the front left and has a King-size bed. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV so guests can watch their favourite movies as they drift off to sleep.

This is a stunning house. The themed rooms are done extremely well. It is beautiful modern and I think a perfect vacation home. Amenities include a well-equipped air-conditioned games room and an upstairs home cinema room. The south-facing pool and spa area has a covered dining area for guests wishing to escape the sunshine. In my opinion though, this area is quite small for a house of this size.
Windsor Island Resort is an exclusive gated community in Kissimmee, close to Disney World and many other Orlando theme parks and popular tourist attractions. With a range of privately owned vacation villas to rent featuring games rooms, home cinemas. Private pool and spa and south or west-facing views, there is something for everybody here. Community facilities are available for all guests during their stay including a heated swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and sports courts.
Guests are required to observe the resort’s parking guidelines. Please ensure that fire hydrants are kept clear at all times, and parking on grassed areas and in Kaipo Road is not permitted. When parking within the resort, do take note of all posted signs, which indicate the correct side of the road for parking. Kerbs marked with blue paint signify that parking is not allowed in those areas. In addition, we ask that you do not park in front of any property where you are not staying, out of consideration for other guests and residents.
