The magic and excitement of Disney World, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove can all be reached in less than half an hour, while Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe can be reached in 30-35 minutes. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park can be reached in as little as 30-35 minutes. The US192 is easy to reach from here and has hundreds of restaurants and fast food outlets to choose from, taking care of all budgets, appetites and dietary requirements. Berry Town Center is a little closer and has a Publix supermarket, British bar and selection of family restaurants including an Applebee’s and an i-Hop. The I-4 Highway, a few miles south of here, runs across Florida from east to west and will take you to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center and Busch Gardens, as well as some of Florida’s award-winning sandy beaches.
The open-plan layout of this villa has been designed to help you and your family make the most out of your time here in Orlando. Centrally placed is the kitchen area, equipped with all the appliances and gadgets you are likely to need and a nearby dining table for family meals or board game fun in the evenings. The main lounge area is filled with lots of natural light and has been furnished with comfy seating in front of a flatscreen TV and has doors leading to the sunny pool deck area.
The Main bedroom is on the left at the back and has a King-size bed, door to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom with a door leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is nearby and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. At the front of the villa, separated by a bathroom, are Bedrooms 3 and 4, each furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style to suit all guests.
The villa is a couple of minutes away from the community facilities, including play area with swings and slides and basketball hoop. Families often spend sunny afternoons here, making full use of the BBQ and picnic facilities and enjoying the Florida sunshine.
Come back home from the theme parks each evening and spend quality time with your family relaxing around the private pool or enjoying a soak in the spa. The privacy hedges and covered dining area help to make this a perfect spot to recharge your batteries and start making plans for your next Floirida villa holiday. Direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom mean there will be no more mad sprints through the villa with wet feet.
The US27 community of West Stonebridge, is a cute community with just 75 privately owned villas, and was built in 2005. Shops and restaurants to suit everybody can either be found a few miles north on the popular US192, or head south a few miles to the Posner Park retail development. Disney theme parks are located less than 20 minutes away, with Universal, SeaWorld and International Drive all being less than 30 minutes drive away.
