The magic and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 20 minutes, with SeaWorld being 25 minutes away and Universal Resorts, including Volcano Bay and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, just 35 minutes’ drive from here. Pay a visit to Universal Epic Universe, Orlando's new and exciting theme park, just 35-40 minutes from your villa. Orlando’s other popular tourist attractions can all be reached very easily from the nearby I-4 Highway, as can Florida’s award-winning beaches. A wide range of bars, shops, restaurants and golf courses can all be found within a few miles of this peaceful community.
If it’s a home from home villa you are looking for then you have just found it. You will be able to relax the moment you walk through the front door, knowing that you have made the right choice for your family. At the front of the villa is the family dining table, large enough for everybody to be able to gather and celebrate a special occasion, or to play board games after the dishes have been cleared away. The adjacent kitchen has modern appliances and all the gadgets and utensils you might need to prepare some tasty meals or packed lunches. Continuing through the villa, the family lounge has a sofa, loveseat and armchair all arranged around a flatscreen TV so everybody can watch a movie together. Sliding doors from the lounge open out to the pool deck mean you can wander in and out to take advantage of the glorious Florida sunshine.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the family lounge at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is opposite the Main bedroom and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a single door to the pool deck. Bedroom 3 is to the left of the family lounge in the middle of the villa and has Twin beds. Bedroom 4 is next to Bedroom 3 and has Bunk beds. All bedrooms have their own TV so everybody gets to watch their choice of programme.
Kids of all ages will want to compete against each other in, what is often considered to be, one of the best games rooms in Calabay Parc. It is equipped with a pool table, basketball game, table football and seating. The air conditioning unit in the games room will ensure it stays cool no matter how heated the competition gets!
After a busy day at the parks, come home and relax on the pool deck which benefits from having no overlooking neighbours to the rear. Everybody can enjoy dining alfresco under cover before splashing around in the good-sized pool. The en-suite bathroom of Bedroom 2 is accessible from the pool deck.
