Situated on Orange Tree, a peaceful Clermont community on the US27, this privately owned vacation villa has 5 bedrooms, including 2 themed bedrooms for children, a games room and a large west-facing private pool and spa deck with undercover dining area and no overlooking neighbours. The community facilities are spread around Orange Tree and include a tennis court, sports playing fields and a catch and release fishing lake. The rides and rollercoasters of Disney World are less than half an hour away from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove a 35-40 minute car journey away. Universal Resorts, home to Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, in addition to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the exhilarating Islands of Adventure will take approximately 40-45 minutes to reach from here. A few miles south of the community is the US192 where you will be able to choose from hundreds of popular restaurants and take-aways, catering for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements. A further selection of popular eateries can be found north of Orange Tree towards the town of Clermont, these establishments are likely to have shorter waiting times during busy periods.
The nicely decorated and furnished villa has all the comforts of home so that you and your family can relax as soon as you step through the front door. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances and equipment needed for a self-catering holiday and the breakfast bar here is a great place for morning coffee before you head out for the day. A small dining table in the kitchen is great for snacks or gather round the larger dining table nearby for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The family lounge has a large sectional sofa in front of a flatscreen TV and patio doors that lead out to the west-facing pool area.
The Main bedroom is at the rear of the villa on the left and has a Queen-size bed and large en-suite bathroom with a door leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is at the back of the villa on the right and has a Queen-size bed, door to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed, this room is next to a family bathroom. On the right of the villa close to the lounge is Bedroom 4, an Avengers-themed room with Bunk beds and the Minnie Mouse-themed Bedroom 5 with Twin beds, these rooms are separated by a bathroom. All bedrooms in this villa have their own flatscreen TV, making bedtimes even more relaxing after a busy day.
The games room is a fun place to relax as you challenge each other to games of pool or show off any trick shots you have mastered, with plenty of seating options for spectators or players taking a break. The community facilities are dotted around Orange Tree and include a large fishing lake, a sports playing field and a tennis court.
After busy days at the theme parks you can return home to your villa for some rest and relaxation in the glorious sunshine. The west-facing pool and spa area has privacy hedges on all sides so you are not overlooked, a large covered dining area and direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom, as well as easy access to the en-suite bathroom of Bedroom 2.
Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. All of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation villas we have to rent have a private pool and many of them also benefit from having a games room and south or west-facing view from the pool deck, often with a scenic conservation view. The popular US192, with its wide range of shops and family-friendly restaurants is a few miles south of here.
