This privately owned 5 bedroom vacation villa is located on the gated Kissimmee community of Lake Berkley. It has a south-facing pool, a games room and a complimentary gas BBQ grill, while community facilities can be reached with a 9 minute walk. The clubhouse features a well-equipped gym, TV lounge and a large, heated outdoor swimming pool, while there are tennis, basketball and beach volleyball courts for guests wanting to remain active. Just a few minutes away from your villa is the US192, which offers hundreds of dining options that will certainly tempt your tastebuds! Disney World is 15-20 minutes from your villa so make your way to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot so your family can create unforgettable memories. Make sure to visit Orlando’s newest theme park, Epic Universe, which is 30-35 minutes away and has exciting rollercoasters for your family to ride! Universal Resorts can be reached in 25-30 minutes and have The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Animal lovers will want to visit Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins or SeaWorld to encounter penguins, both only 20-25 minutes from your villa.
This open-plan vacation villa will be perfect for you to spend quality time together as a family during your vacation in Orlando. The centrally located kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you will need to make tasty meals for your family, while a nearby breakfast table provides a great place to start your morning with cereal and orange juice before you head out for a day of rollercoasters. To the left is a formal dining table where you can have a meal and then play card games after clearing away the dishes. Towards the back of the villa is the family lounge with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the south-facing pool. Watch your favourite programmes here before stepping out for a quick dip in the cooling water.
The Main bedroom is located to the back left of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front right with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 is at the front left and has a King-size bed. Bedroom 4 is on the centre right with Twin beds and a theme that will suite guests of all ages. Bedroom 5 is at the back right, has a Mickey Mouse-theme and Twin beds.
Located at the front of the villa is the games room with a table football game. For more entertainment, just walk 9 minutes to reach the community facilities which include a TV lounge, well-equipped gym and a heated swimming pool. There are also basketball, tennis and beach volleyball courts available for use for any guests looking to keep active.
The south-facing pool is the perfect place to spend quality time with your family. Relax and soak up the Florida sunshine while your kids play in the pool, before enjoying a chilled drink at the poolside table or cook a tasty meal on the complimentary gas BBQ grill and dine alfresco.
Lake Berkley, a highly recommended, gated Kissimmee community, close to Disney World, was completed in 2002. Our rental villas here range in size from 3 to 6 bedrooms and many have a south or west-facing private pool and spa, games rooms and beautiful lake views. Community facilities includes a heated swimming pool, gym, outdoor sports courts, fishing lake, BBQ area and jogging and walking trail. Orlando’s major tourist attractions, including Disney World and Universal Resorts, can be reached within 15 - 30 minutes. Shops, bars, restaurants and golf courses can be found much closer.
