This privately owned 6 bedroom vacation villa is located on the gated Kissimmee resort community of Windsor Hills. Features include a south-facing pool and spa, a complimentary gas BBQ grill, an air-conditioned games room and resort facilities which can be reached with an 8 minute walk. Here you will find a 40 seat cinema, a state-of-the-art gym, games arcade and a computer room, as well as ping-pong and pool tables. Outside is a heated pool, hot tub, kids water park, a castle play area and a Tiki bar selling chilled drinks. There are also beach volleyball, basketball and tennis courts for guests looking to keep active. Just a few minutes from your villa is the popular US192 which offers hundreds of dining options that are sure to tempt your tastebuds. Disney World can be reached in as little as 10-15 minutes, so head to Magic Kingdom to watch the parades, Hollywood Studios to see the Fantasmic! nighttime show and Epcot to taste food from around the world. Universal Resorts has Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, as well as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all only 20-25 minutes from your villa and offering jaw dropping days out. Discovery Cove is where you can swim with dolphins, while SeaWorld is home to sharks and polar bears, both just 15-20 minutes from your villa.
The kitchen is located to the back left of the villa, well-equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed for a self-catering vacation. Start your morning with tea and toast at the breakfast bar or table, before heading out to ride Orlando’s most popular rollercoasters. A formal dining table is to the left of the villa, a great place to enjoy a meal and then play board games once the dishes have been cleared away. To the back right of the villa is a family lounge with a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and a nearby door leading to the south-facing pool and spa. Watch your favourite programmes here before stepping out for a quick dip in the water. At the font of the villa is a second lounge with comfy sofa seating, a great place to have a chat or curl up with a book.
Located upstairs and to the back right, the Main bedroom has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 is at the front right with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Located centrally to the rear is Bedroom 3 which has a King-size bed. Bedroom 4 is the only bedroom on the ground floor. It is located to the back right of the villa and has a Queen-size bed. Back upstairs and to the front left, the Cars-themed Bedroom 5 has been furnished with Bunk beds, while the Princess-themed Bedroom 6 is on the centre left and has Twin beds. For additional comfort and convenience, every bedroom comes equipped with a flatscreen TV.
Take a break from the Orlando sunshine and make your way to the air-conditioned games room. Inside you will find a pool table, air hockey, ping-pong and table football. Have a practice before challenging your family to a game to prove yourself the ultimate villa champion, while those waiting for their turn can watch a movie on the flatscreen TV.
