This privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa is located on the gated resort community of Emerald Island in Kissimmee. It features good sized rooms, a west-facing swimming pool and is just a 14 minute walk from resort facilities, which include a clubhouse with a cybercafé, meeting lounge and gym with sauna and steam room. Outside is a heated swimming pool, hot tub, a children’s play area and Tiki bar where you can get a refreshing drink. There are also beach volleyball and tennis courts for guests looking to keep active, as well as walking and jogging trails throughout the community. Just minutes from your villa is the popular US192, which has countless restaurants for you to choose from, should you not feel like self-catering after a day of theme parks. Disney World can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car so make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios so your family can create unforgettable memories. Orlando’s exciting new theme park, Epic Universe, which has four exciting worlds for your family to explore and thrilling rollercoasters to be ridden, can be reached in 25-30 minutes, as can Universal Resorts, which has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. SeaWorld is where you can see polar bears and penguins while Discovery Cove lets you swim with dolphins, both being just 20-25 minutes from your villa.
As soon as you step inside this vacation villa, you will find yourself in the smaller of the family lounges with a sofa, a flatscreen TV with games consoles and a table football game, making it a great space to spend time together as you play games. The kitchen is located to central left of the villa and is well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need to make tasty meals. The breakfast bar provides a great place to have coffee and bagels before you head off out for the day. To the right of the villa is the formal dining table with seating for everyone. Enjoy a meal as a family here before playing board games all evening. The main family lounge is to the back of the villa with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the west-facing pool. Watch your favourite movies here while keeping an eye on your kids as they play in the pool.
The Main bedroom is located to the right of the larger family lounge and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the lounge and has a Queen-size bed. Both rooms overlook the west-facing pool. Bedroom 3 is to the left of the villa and has a Princess-theme and Twin beds, while the nearby Bedroom 4 has a Star Wars-theme and Twin beds.
In the lounge at the front of the villa is a table football game, while the garage has a basketball game, providing entertainment to your family during your stay. For further activities, walk just 14 minutes to reach the resort facilities, where you will find a heated swimming pool, hot tub, children’s play area and a Tiki bar selling chilled drinks. Inside the clubhouse is a gym with sauna and steam room, as well as a cybercafe and meeting lounge. Sportier guests will want to make use of the beach volleyball and tennis courts or the walking and jogging trails throughout the community.
