Disney World theme parks are just 15-20 minutes’ drive away, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are 20-25 minutes away, Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe is 30-35 minutes away and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and the rest of the delights at Universal Resorts can be reached in less than half an hour. The resort offers amazing community facilities for guests to use, including heated swimming pool, lazy river, picnic area, play area, gym and sports courts. These facilities can be found at the clubhouse, less than 10 minutes’ walk from your villa. Shops, bars, restaurants and some of the best golf courses in Orlando are all easily reached from Solterra.
Inside the front door, to the right is the formal dining area with a high-top dining table seating 8 people, a great place for evening fun playing board games as well as family meals. Continuing through the villa to the right is the open-plan, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar seating 2 people, perfect for snacks and drinks throughout the day. A nearby dining table overlooks the pool deck, an ideal spot for tea and toast each morning as you plan the day ahead. To the left of the kitchen is the family lounge area with a sofa, loveseat and chair, a large flatscreen TV and patio doors to the west-facing pool deck. There is second family living area upstairs which contains a sofa, loveseat and a large flatscreen TV, ideal for teenagers to claim as their own space for the holiday.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom downstairs, it is to the left of the family lounge and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom shared with Bedroom 3 which also has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is a large room upstairs at the front and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 5 is off the upstairs lounge and has a Queen-size bed, next to this is Bedroom 6 which has Twin beds furnished and decorated in a style to suit all guests. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs so there is no need for anybody to miss out on watching their favourite programme.
The nicely decorated, carpeted games room is equipped with table football so that the whole family can get together and enjoy some fun. The community facilities can be found at the clubhouse which is less than a 10 minute walk away and offers an internet room, TV lounge, outdoor heated swimming pool with separate lazy river, spa and sunbathing area, fully-equipped gym, picnic area, kid's play area, fishing lake, tennis and volleyball courts.
The west-facing pool deck with views across a lake and conservation to the rear of the property has a swimming pool, a relaxing spa, a covered outdoor seating area seating and an outdoor dining table seating 4 people. Ideal for spending a lot of time outdoors in the beautiful Florida sun watching the wildlife at the nearby lake.
