If you want to visit Magic Kingdom and the other Disney parks then you can do so by driving along the nearby US192, within 10-15 minutes you can be parking your car and heading to the rides and rollercoasters with your family. Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, can be reached in 25-30 minutes and has 4 unique worlds ready to be explored. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove will take about 20-25 minutes to reach from here, with Universal Resorts, home to Volcano Bay water park, Islands of Adventure and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter can be reached in less than half an hour. The US192 has hundreds of restaurants to choose from, catering for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements, this is just a couple of minutes from Sunset Lakes.
The nicely presented and furnished vacation home has an open-plan layout designed to help you relax and get the most out of your time together here in Orlando. Just inside the front door is a formal lounge area with comfy seating and windows overlooking the garden, an ideal place to sit and chat or take time out with your favourite novel. Next to this is a high top dining table with 6 chairs and easy access to the sunny pool deck. The centrally placed modern kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you might need if you want to cook a meal for everybody to enjoy, as well as a convenient breakfast bar with 2 stools. Another dining table sits between the kitchen and more doors leading to the pool area, a great place to enjoy tea and toast each morning. At the rear of the villa is the main family lounge, it has a flatscreen TV, comfy seating and yet more doors leading outside.
All bedrooms in this villa are upstairs, the Main bedroom is at the back on the right and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed, this room is next to a bathroom. Bedroom 3 has been furnished with a Double bed and a Single bed, while Bedrooms 4 and 5, decorated to appeal to younger family members, each contain Twin beds.
The community swimming pool is nearby, as is the outdoor children’s play area with swings and slides. The community also has two lakes that offer anglers the chance to brag about the one that got away as they enjoy an afternoon in the Florida sunshine.
The extended deck area, with 5 sets of doors from the villa, has a large private pool and relaxing spa and benefits from having ample seating options, privacy hedges and a natural lake view to the rear, making this the perfect place to come back to each evening and recharge your batteries.
Sunset Lakes is a small gated community in Kissimmee, close to Disney World, Universal Studios and Orlando’s other popular theme parks and attractions. Many of our privately owned rental villas have a games room which the kids will love and a south or west-facing pool, often with a lake or conservation view. Families looking for a traditional Florida dining experience can choose one of the many restaurants along the nearby US192. Community facilities include a swimming pool and children’s play area.
