Guests staying here have full access to all Watersong facilities including the gym, swimming pool and sports courts, these can be found just a 7 minute walk away from the villa.
The stylish open-plan living accommodation includes the kitchen at the heart of the villa, equipped with all the gadgets and utensils you might need for meal and snack preparation. The adjoining breakfast bar is a great place to sit and chat about your plans for any upcoming day trips. Nearby is a formal dining table, large enough for the whole family to gather round and share a special occasion meal or to play board games together. The lounge, with comfy seating, flatscreen TV and doors leading to the south-facing pool deck, is a great place to watch a movie together or to curl up with a good book for some rest and relaxation.
The Main bedroom is to the rear of the villa and has a King-size bed, door to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the kitchen and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are near the front of the villa and they each have Twin beds and share an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have their own televisions so there is no need to miss out on watching your favourite programme.
Head to the games room for a few games of pool or air hockey if you want to burn off some excess energy or to escape the hot Florida sunshine. Resort facilities can be found at the clubhouse, a 7 minute walk from the villa, and these include an outdoor swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, sports courts and a children’s play area with swings and slides.
For sun-worshippers, the south-facing deck is the place to be, with ample furniture for everyone and a private pool and spa with conservation views to the rear this is a great place to recharge your batteries. A covered dining area is the ideal spot to sit and enjoy alfresco living or to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom from the pool deck.
