Situated on Southern Dunes, a famous gated golfing community on the US27 in Haines City, this privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa is a great choice for a couple’s holiday to Orlando. Features include a west-facing private pool and spa with golf course views to the rear, a bathroom for each bedroom and plenty of space for everybody to relax. The community facilities, including swimming pools and tennis courts are available for all guests to enjoy and can be found nearby. The clubhouse restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner or try one of the local options just outside the community. A Walmart store is within a couple of minutes’ drive of your villa, taking care of all your shopping requirements. The I-4 Highway, running east to west across the state provides easy access to all popular theme parks, including Disney World, SeaWorld, Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe and Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. This road will also lead you to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and many of Florida’s award-winning beaches.
The open-plan layout and modern furnishings of this villa will help everybody relax as soon as you step through the front door. The kitchen is centrally placed and has all the appliances, equipment and utensils needed to make meal preparation easy and the breakfast bar is a great place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The nearby dining table is perfect for mealtimes together or for evening fun playing board games and chatting. The lounge area is filled with lots of natural light flowing in from windows overlooking the west-facing pool deck and has been furnished with comfy seating in front of a flatscreen TV. The landing area also has a quiet-book reading corner where guests can relax for half an hour or so with their favourite novel.
The Main bedroom, to the left of the lounge, has a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom and doors leading out to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, this is next to Bedroom 3, another room with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is downstairs, it is to the right of the front door and has a Queen-size bed, with a bathroom situated close by. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom means that guests going to bed early can still watch their favourite programme as they drift off to sleep.
The community facilities are dotted around Southern Dunes and include swimming pools, tennis courts and children’s play areas; guests staying here have full access to these amenities.

Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here.
