The magic and excitement of Disney World is just 15-20 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 20-25 minutes’ drive from here. Your whole family can explore 4 unique and wonderful worlds at Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, which can be reached in 30-35 minutes. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, is less than half an hour away by car. The I-4 Highway, running east to west across the state, is easy to reach and will take you to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and many of Florida’s award-winning beaches. ChampionsGate Village is a couple of minutes away from Town Center and has a Publix supermarket for all your grocery requirements and a good selection of restaurants and take-aways for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The open-plan layout gives plenty of space for everybody to be able to relax together, leaving behind the stresses and strains of normal everyday living. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and utensils needed to make meal preparation easy and the breakfast bar is perfect for that early morning cup of coffee. Within the kitchen area is a small dining table, ideal for tea and toast in the morning as you work out your plans for the day ahead. Sitting close to the kitchen is a larger dining table, an ideal setting for mealtimes or evenings together playing games and chatting. At the rear of the villa is the family lounge with doors leading to the southwest-facing pool deck, a comfy corner sofa and a flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa on the right and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Along a hallway next to the dining table is Bedroom 2 with a Queen-size bed, Bedroom 3 with Twin beds and a fun Disney-themed Bedroom 4, another Twin-bedded room. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs, making early nights even more relaxing for everybody.
Head to the games room to practice your trick shots or hone your potting skills before playing a few games of pool against each other in the evenings.
After long and exhausting days exploring everything Florida has to offer, return to your villa and enjoy time on the southwest-facing pool deck, taking in the sights of the lake behind your villa or splashing around in the private pool before sitting around the table with a cold drink.
Town Center Resort is a gated community sitting just off the Ronald Reagan Parkway and was built in 2003. Disney World theme parks are situated on the US192 which is less than 15 minutes drive away, and Universal Resorts, SeaWorld and International Drive can all be reached in less than half an hour. Nearest shops and restaurants can be found at ChampionsGate Village, just 3 miles from here, and this is also home to a PGA Championship golf course designed by Greg Norman.
