Guests staying on Watersong have access to the community facilities, a 5 minute walk from the villa, which include a swimming pool, spa, children’s play area and a gym. Shops, restaurants and golf courses are all reachable within a 10-15 minute drive.
This bright and spacious villa is perfect for families that want to come together as one large group, as well as being able to spend quiet moments alone or as a couple. The open-plan living accommodation includes a large family lounge at the rear of the villa with a flatscreen TV, comfy sofas and doors leading outside to the pool deck area. For those times that TV viewing preferences differ, there is a second lounge area upstairs and this one has been furnished with a large corner sofa and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is centrally placed and is equipped with all the gadgets and utensils you might need to prepare tasty family meals or packed lunches to take with you to the beach. The breakfast bar seats 4 people comfortably and is a great place to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day. Close to the kitchen is a dining table, the perfect spot to enjoy toast and fruit juice each morning as you plan your busy day. For more formal meals, or for an evening of playing board games together, there is a second dining table at the front of the villa.
The Main bedroom is perfect for guests that want a little extra privacy, it is the only bedroom on the ground floor and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back of the villa and also has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is centrally placed upstairs and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each contain Twin beds and have been decorated and furnished in a style to suit all guests. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs so everybody gets the chance to enjoy lazy holiday mornings in bed or a late-night movie as they unwind after a busy day.
If you have any energy left then head to the well-equipped games room and challenge each other to games of pool, air hockey or table football. Seating has been provided for spectators or players waiting patiently for their turn. The community facilities are just 5 minutes’ walk away from the villa and include a heated outdoor swimming pool, well-equipped gym, sports courts and play area for small children.
The south-facing pool deck is the perfect place for dining, relaxing or sipping a glass of something chilled as you soak up plenty of vitamin D. With privacy hedges to both sides and a gorgeous lake view, everybody gets the chance to relax and enjoy your own private pool and spa. There is direct access to the cloakroom at the rear of the villa, so there is no need to go rushing through the villa with wet feet.
