This privately owned 4 bedroom Orlando vacation villa is located on the Davenport community of Davenport Lakes and has good access to the US27 which leads to the US192, providing access to many of Orlando’s popular theme parks. The villa features a south-facing private pool and spa with good privacy on all sides, a games room and access to community facilities which include an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and children's play area. Just over a mile away from your villa is the popular US192, home to hundreds of restaurants and fast-food options for you to choose from, as well as plenty of shops should you need some retail therapy. There is also a Publix supermarket, so you can easily stock up with snacks and drinks for lazy days relaxing around your pool. Disney World can be reached in 15-20 minutes, so hop in your car and make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to create unforgettable memories as you meet all your favourite characters. Travel 35-40 minutes to find Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, home to Super Nintendo World and other locations with unique experiences. Jaw dropping thrills can be found at Universal Resorts, with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park being 30-35 minutes from your villa. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or encounter penguins and manatees at SeaWorld, both reached in 25-30 minutes.

The kitchen is located to the rear of the villa, equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals for your whole family. The breakfast table is a great place to start your morning with tea and toast before heading out to explore Orlando. A nearby door provides access to the south-facing pool and spa, so you can sit and enjoy a drink while keeping an eye on your kids as they play in the water. Towards the right of the villa is the formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal before playing card games all evening. The main family lounge is located to the front of the villa with a flatscreen TV and comfy sofa seating, while a second lounge can be found upstairs, helpful if there are guests not wanting to miss their favourite programme.
The only bedroom located on the ground floor; the spacious Main bedroom is to the back left of the villa. It has a King-size bed, a door to the south-facing pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at to the left with a Queen-size bed, while the nearby Bedroom 3 has Twin beds. Bedroom 4 is towards the front left of the villa and has Twin beds. Both Bedrooms 3 and 4 are decorated in styles suitable for guests of all ages.
Head to the games room at the front of the villa to practice your trick shots on the pool table or play a winner-stays-on game of air hockey. More entertainment can be found at the community facilities, which include an outdoor swimming pool, children's play area and tennis court.

The peaceful, mainly residential, community of Davenport Lakes sits on the US27, just two minutes drive away from the popular US192 with its huge selection of shops and restaurants. Disney theme parks can be reached in about 15 minutes from here. The community backs out on to Lake Davenport which is well-stocked with fish for a perfect day of angling.
