The magic and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 20-25 minutes away by car and 30-35 minutes to reach Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe. Harry Potter fans eager to ride on Hagrid’s motorbike or walk down Diagon Alley with a Butterbeer can be at Universal Resorts in less than half an hour. A Publix supermarket, family restaurants and take-away options can all be found at ChampionsGate Village, just 3-4 minutes away from Solterra by car.

The open-plan layout is designed to give you and the rest of your family enough space to relax and yet still be able to enjoy quality time together. The stylish kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and equipment you will need as well as a convenient breakfast bar for 4 people. The nearby dining table is close to doors leading to the south-facing pool deck and is a great place for meals or evening fun playing board games. The main family lounge has lots of natural light flowing in from the windows that overlook the pool area, a very large corner sofa and a flatscreen TV. A second lounge area is upstairs and is ideal if viewing preferences differ, it has lots of comfy seats and a flatscreen TV connected to a games console.
The spacious Main bedroom is on the ground floor at the back of the villa, it has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is back downstairs and has a Queen-size bed, windows overlooking the front garden and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is a Disney-themed bedroom with Twin beds and is close to the Star Wars-themed Bedroom 6 which has a set of Bunk beds. With a TV in each bedroom, there is ample opportunity for everybody to enjoy a few relaxing mornings in bed before a day at the parks.
A favourite feature of this villa is the well-equipped, air-conditioned games room where guests can enjoy making happy holiday memories playing pool and air hockey against each other. The resort facilities, including heated swimming pool, lazy river, modern gym, sports courts and fishing lake are also available for guests to use during their stay on Solterra and can be found nearby.
At the end of each busy day on the rides and rollercoasters or at the shopping malls, come home to enjoy family time at your villa. The large south-facing pool deck has a scenic view and no rear neighbours so you can relax and top up your tan as the kids splash around in the pool. The relaxing spa will help ease any aching muscles after a day on your feet before settling around the table to enjoy snacks and drinks and enjoying the warmth of the sunshine as you start making plans for your next Florida villa holiday. Direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom will avoid any sudden dashes through the house with wet feet.

Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
