This privately owned 3 bedroom vacation villa is on the gated community of Southern Dunes in Haines City, close to the US27 which provides access to the I-4 and many of Orlando’s theme parks. It features a south-facing pool with golf course views and access to community facilities, which can be reached with an 11 minute walk. These include 2 communal swimming pools, children’s play areas and tennis courts, so everyone will have something to do during your visit. The Southern Dunes clubhouse features a restaurant, should you want a break from cooking. Alternatively, head south on the US27 to find Manny’s Chop House and a number of other restaurants. There is also a 24 hour Walmart within walking distance, should you want to top up on snacks and drinks. Disney World is about half an hour away, so head to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot to make unforgettable memories and meet all your favourite characters. Travel 40-45 minutes to reach Orlando’s newest theme park, Epic Universe, featuring four unique worlds and thrilling rollercoasters. More jaw dropping excitement can be found at Universal Resorts, with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park being just 35-40 minutes away from your villa. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove, or catch the live shows at SeaWorld, both just 30-35 minutes away from your villa.
As soon as you enter this vacation villa you will find yourself in the family lounge, which has comfy sofa seating and a flatscreen TV, the perfect place to watch your favourite movies. The back right of the well-equipped kitchen, with all the appliances and utensils needed to make self-catered meals. The breakfast bar offers a great place to start your morning with coffee and pancakes, before you make your way to Orlando’s popular attractions. Next to the kitchen is the formal dining table where you can have a meal before playing board games once the kids have cleared away the dishes. A nearby door provides access to the south-facing pool, so you can step out for a quick dip in the water.
The Main bedroom is to the back right of the villa with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front right with a Queen-size bed, while the nearby Bedroom 3 also has a Queen-size bed. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV, ensuring total comfort for guests as they drift off to sleep watching their favourite movies.
Walk just 11 minutes to reach the community facilities which include 2 communal swimming pools, tennis courts and children’s play areas, so everyone can use the last of their energy before heading to bed.
The south-facing private pool is the perfect place to recharge your batteries after a day of theme parks. With golf course views and no overlooking neighbours to the rear, you can lay back with a chilled drink and good book, topping up your tan in the Florida sunshine while your kids play in the pool.
Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here. Many of our private villas to rent on Southern Dunes have a games room and south or west-facing pool decks looking out over the golf course or conservation land. Community facilities include a bar and restaurant, swimming pools, tennis courts, kid's play area, lake and 24hr manned security.
