This privately owned 5 bedroom vacation villa is located on the gated community of West Haven – The Dales in Davenport and features a south-facing pool, a relaxing spa, a well-equipped games room and is close to Orlando’s famous theme parks and attractions. Start by heading to the community facilities which include a well-equipped gym, ping-pong table and TV lounge, while outside is a swimming pool, as well as tennis and beach volleyball courts. Disney World is just 20-25 minutes away so you can meet Mickey Mouse at Magic Kingdom, see the World Showcase at Epcot and face your fears at the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror in Hollywood Studios. Travel 30-35 minutes to find Epic Universe - Orlando's newest theme park, with 4 unique worlds to explore and rollercoasters to ride. Universal Resorts is only 30-35 minutes away and home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Alternative adventure can be found at SeaWorld, the home of the Sky Tower and Discovery Bay, where you can swim with dolphins, both only 25-30 minutes away. After spending the day at the theme parks, you might not want to cook, so head to ChampionsGate Village, which is only 2 miles away, to find a wide range of restaurant options to suit all tastes and budgets.
The modern and well-equipped kitchen is located to the right of the villa, containing everything you would need during your stay. Breakfast bar seating for 4, as well as a breakfast table with seating for 4, are perfect places to start your morning with some American style pancakes. Further towards the front of the villa on the right is a formal dining table with seating for 6, an ideal location for having a meal, before spending the evening playing board games or having a chat. Located to the rear is a family lounge, with comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and door to the south-facing pool, so you can watch your favourite movies while keeping an eye on the kids as they play in the water. Towards the front of the villa is a second lounge, ideal if you want a quiet chat or to curl up with a book. Upstairs is a centrally located third lounge, with seating for 4 and a flatscreen TV, useful if there are some who want to watch a different movie than the one chosen.
Centrally located to the left of the villa is the Main bedroom with a King-size bed, windows overlooking the south-facing pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the front left with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a Queen-size bed and is the only bedroom that is located upstairs, ideal for anyone who may require a little extra privacy. Back downstairs and to the centre left is Bedroom 4 with Twin beds, while the nearby Bedroom 5 has been furnished with Bunk beds.
Take a break from the Orlando sunshine and head to the games room located at the front left of the villa. With a pool table, table football and air hockey, your family will find countless hours of fun as you battle to be the ultimate champion. For additional entertainment, head to the community facilities which are only 5 minutes’ walk away. These include a TV lounge, ping-pong table and well-equipped gym, while outside there is a swimming pool, tennis and beach volleyball courts, ensuring there is plenty for everyone to do during your stay.
Top up your tan at your very own south-facing pool and relaxing spa, while a fence to the rear ensures there are no overlooking rear neighbours and a poolside cloakroom helps prevent any wet footprints throughout the villa. Teach the kids to swim in the pool or have a long soak in the spa before sitting at the covered dining table with a chilled drink and having a long chat about your next Orlando villa vacation.
West Haven is a community close to Disney and is divided into several smaller gated subdivisions. The Dales is one of the newest subdivisions and the large privately owned family villas on this popular community have their own pool and spa, games room and west-facing pool deck. Orlando’s famous Disney parks are 15 minutes drive away and Universal is less than 30 minutes away. Shops, restaurants and golf courses are all close by. Guests have access to community facilities which include a clubhouse with TV lounge and gym, tennis and volleyball courts and large outdoor swimming pool.
