This spacious 6 bedroom privately owned rental villa on the luxury gated resort of Windsor Hills in Kissimmee has something to offer everybody. Kids will enjoy playing in the well-equipped games room, air-conditioned to keep everybody cool no matter how heated the competition gets. Adults will be able to relax on the extended outside deck area with a refreshing saltwater pool and spa and the space inside the villa means that everybody can spend quality time with each other and yet still be able to find quite places to relax. The rides and rollercoasters at Disney World can be reached in as little as 10-15 minutes from here, Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe in 25-30 minutes, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are 15-20 minutes away and Universal Resorts, including Islands of Adventure and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter can be reached in less than half an hour. The popular US192 is quite close to Windsor Hills and has hundreds of different dining options to satisfy all tastes buds and appetites. The clubhouse, offering some of the best resort facilities in the Disney area, is within a 10-15 minute walk from your villa and this is where guests can access the lagoon-style heated swimming pool, kiddies water park, fitness centre, cinema, TV lounge and outdoor sports courts.
Immediately inside the front door is a formal lounge area with a comfy sofa and loveseat, a relaxing place to sit and chat or read your favourite novel. Adjacent to this is the formal dining table seating 8 people, perfect for family meals or evenings playing board games together. Continuing through the villa to the left-hand side is the large open-plan kitchen with all the appliances, equipment and utensils you could possibly need and a breakfast bar seating 2 people. An additional dining table with 4 chairs is a great place to have tea and toast each morning as you plan your day ahead and gaze out across the pool area. The main family lounge is to the right of the kitchen, filled with lots of natural light coming from the windows overlooking the pool deck and with comfy sofas and a large flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the landing upstairs and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the far left of the landing upstairs and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is next to the Main bedroom and has a King-size bed. Bedroom 4 is to the right of the family lounge and has a King-size bed, it is next to a family bathroom and is the only bedroom on the ground floor. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are adjacent to each other on the left of the landing and each contain Twin beds. All bedrooms have their own TV so if you want to watch something different from the rest of the family you can retire to your room and relax.
The air-conditioned games room will be the place lots of happy holiday memories are made. It is located just off the family lounge and is equipped with a pool table, air hockey, table football, a flatscreen TV and seating. The clubhouse, offering some of the best community facilities in Kissimmee, is a 10-15 minute walk from your villa and offers an outdoor heated swimming pool, kiddies water park, Tiki bar, well-equipped gym, putting green and sports courts for tennis, volleyball and basketball.
At the end of a busy day exploring the theme parks, come back home to your villa and recharge your batteries on the sunny pool deck with private saltwater pool and spa. With lots of seating options and space for everybody this is a great place to sit and relax with a cold drink as you chat about your day together. Please note that this is a saltwater pool, every bit as safe as a normal chlorinated pool but beneficial for guests with skin problems such as Eczema or Psoriasis and will also help alleviate any joint or muscle pain you might have and speed up recovery from any previous injuries. If these issues are not a concern for you, then you can still benefit from splashing around in the pool and being left with rejuvenated muscles and softer skin!
Windsor Hills is a highly recommended gated Kissimmee resort, and one of the closest communities to Disney World. With Orlando’s other theme parks Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, all within an easy driving distance. Shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are within a 2 mile drive of here on the US192.
