This privately owned vacation villa is located on the gated resort community of Emerald Island in Kissimmee. It features 6 bedrooms that can sleep 13 guests, a southwest-facing pool and spa, an air-conditioned games room and is just a 13 minute walk from the amazing resort facilities. At the clubhouse you will find cybercafe, meeting lounge and a gym with a sauna and steam room. Outside is a heated swimming pool, hot tub, children’s play area and a licenced Tiki bar selling cold drinks 7 days a week. There are also beach volleyball and tennis courts for guests interested in keeping active. The popular US192 is just a few minutes’ drive from your villa, offering hundreds of restaurants and fast-food options for you to sink your teeth into! Disney World can be reached with a 10-15 minute drive, so make your way to Magic Kingdom to watch the parades, Epcot to see the world showcase and Hollywood Studios to find adrenaline pumping rides. Universal Resorts are 25-30 minutes from your villa and has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all ready to fill your day with adrenaline pumping excitement. Animal lovers will want to head to Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins or SeaWorld to encounter penguins, both only 20-25 minutes from your villa.
The kitchen is located to the back left of the villa, equipped with all the appliances and utensils need for a self-catering vacation. Breakfast bar seating is the perfect place to start your day with orange juice and cereal, while a nearby breakfast table offers additional seating if required. Also to the left of the villa is a formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal or spend the evening playing board games while chatting. The main family lounge is to the back right with a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV and doors leading to the southwest-facing pool. Watch your favourite movies here before stepping out for a quick swim! There is a second lounge to the front left of the villa with a sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV, helpful if there is a guest not wanting to miss their favourite programme.
The Main bedroom is located to the back of the villa and is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 is to the front right with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is located at the front left, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 4 is towards the back left with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is at the back right of the villa with a Minions-theme and Twin beds, while the nearby Bedroom 6 has a Finding Nemo-theme, Bunk beds and a Single bed. Every bedroom in this vacation villa is equipped with a flatscreen TV so all guests can fall asleep while watching their favourite movies.
Take a break from the Orlando sunshine by heading to the air-conditioned games room located at the front of this vacation villa. Inside you will find a pool table, air hockey and table football. Have a practice of your trick shots before you challenge your family to a game, while those waiting for their turn can watch a movie on the flatscreen TV.
