Located on the well-established gated community of Ridgewood Lakes, a golfing development on the US27 in Davenport, means you are never too far away from shops, restaurants and theme parks. Magic Kingdom, Epcot, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove can all be reached in about 20-25 minutes from here. Universal Resorts, home to Epic Universe - Orlando's thrilling new theme park, as well as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the popular Islands of Adventure, will take just over half an hour to reach. Posner Park, a shopping and dining development is about 10 minutes from here and has a selection of restaurants and fast food outlets to choose from, with ChampionsGate Village offering a greater selection a few minutes further away.
This traditional and homely villa is a tranquil base after the hustle and bustle of Orlando’s theme parks. At the left of the front door is a formal dining area where everybody can gather to tuck-in to a home-made meal or delivered pizza before clearing away the plates and enjoying an evening of chatting and laughing. The family lounge, with comfortable sofas is perfect for curling up with a good book or catching up on some TV, taking a break from the sunshine. The centrally-placed kitchen, equipped with everything you might need also has a breakfast bar for those mid-morning snacks or a quick cup of coffee. A second dining table is great for having breakfast at or planning your holiday itinerary, French doors leading to the southwest-facing pool deck allow you to wander in and out with ease. A second lounge area means that everybody gets to watch what they want on TV with little compromise.
The Main bedroom, to the right of the first lounge has a King-size bed, French doors leading to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom, also with a door to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the kitchen and has a Queen-size bed, this is close to Bedroom 3 which has Twin beds and has been decorated in a style to suit most guests.
The southwest-facing pool deck has plenty of space and seating for everybody and offers peaceful lake views to the rear, perfect for sitting down and relaxing with a cold drink in the evenings. Direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom saves the trouble of going through the villa with wet feet.
