Guests have access to plenty of resort facilities, just a 7 minute walk from the villa, including heated swimming pool, play area and gym. A wide selection of shops and restaurants are waiting to be discovered within a few miles of the community.
Just inside the front door to the right-hand side is the formal lounge area with a comfy corner sofa and a flatscreen TV. Adjacent is the formal dining table seating 4 people, also a great place to sit and play board games in the evening. Continuing through the villa is the large, open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you could possibly need. A breakfast bar seats 6 people, great for snacks and drinks, and the dining table has 8 seats and is perfect for family mealtimes. To the left of the kitchen is the main family lounge area with a large corner sofa that seats up to 10 guests, a flatscreen TV and French doors leading out to the pool deck.
All bedrooms are upstairs in this villa and have access to an en-suite bathroom, the Main bedroom is to the far left of the landing and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the landing and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is next to Bedroom 2 and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is next to Bedroom 2 and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is to the left of the landing and has Bunk beds and a Single bed. Bedroom 6 is next to Bedroom 5 and has Twin beds, Bedrooms 5 and 6 share an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a TV so everybody gets the chance to watch their choice of programme as they unwind after a busy day.
The games room is the perfect place for making memories that last forever, it has been equipped with a pool table, table football and a flatscreen TV. Extra facilities can be found at the community clubhouse, just a 7 minute stroll from your villa, and this is where you can enjoy the outdoor heated swimming pool, sun-drenched deck, well-equipped gym and play area.
The south-facing pool deck with views of conservation and woodland to the rear of the property has a good-sized private pool and a spa. The covered area has an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 people. There is also a pool deck loo so no need to go rushing through the villa with wet feet!
