Disney World theme parks are as little as 10-15 minutes away, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are 15-20 minutes away, while Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe, can be reached in 25-30 minutes and Universal Resorts is a 25-30 minute car journey from here along the nearby I-4 Highway. Guests staying here can use the resort facilities at the clubhouse, a 7 minute walk from the villa. This is where you can enjoy the heated swimming pool, spa, splash zone, Tiki bar, fitness centre, games room and sports courts.
The open-plan living space, filled with lots of natural light, is perfect for spending quality time with your family. In the middle of the villa, to the left hand side is the open-plan modern kitchen, with all the equipment, utensils and appliances you might require. The breakfast bar is a great place to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day. Adjacent to this is the dining table overlooking the pool deck, a great place for meals or evenings playing games and chatting with each other. To the right is the family lounge with comfy sofas, flatscreen TV and patio doors leading out to the *west-facing *pool deck and the glorious Florida weather.
The Main bedroom is just off the family lounge at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is downstairs close to the games room and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs at the back and has a King-size bed, Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the front and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 5 is nearby and has been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style that is suitable for all guests. Bedroom 6, downstairs at the front of the villa, has windows overlooking the garden and is furnished with Bunk beds. All bedrooms have their own wall-mounted flatscreen TVs so there is no need for anybody to compromise about what they want to watch.
For guests with excess energy left to burn, head to the games room and play a few games of pool or air hockey, watching TV at the same time if you want to. Extra activities, available for all guests to enjoy, are at the clubhouse which is just 7 minutes’ walk from here, these community facilities include a heated swimming pool, spa, kiddie’s splash zone, Tiki bar, games room, well-equipped gym and outdoor sports courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball.
The west-facing deck has a good-sized private pool so that the whole family can splash around in the sun together or sit in the relaxing spa to ease any weary leg muscles after a long day at the parks. Plenty of seating and sun lounger options, no rear overlooking neighbours and direct access to the downstairs cloakroom all help make this the perfect place to sit and recharge your batteries.
