Solterra is 25-30 minutes from Universal Resorts, including Volcano Bay and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, 20-25 minutes away from Discovery Cove and SeaWorld parks, just 15-20 minutes away from the magic of Disney World and 30-35 minutes from Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe. Heading north out of the community takes you to the US192 which is lined with a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants catering to all tastes and budgets.
This beautiful property is the perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando’s parks, allowing you to relax when you are at home in this villa. The first of the lounge areas is at the back of the villa with sofa seating for 8 people around a flatscreen TV and a set of patio doors leading out onto the sun-drenched pool deck. The open-plan kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, granite worktops and all the equipment and utensils you might need, overlooks this lounge. The breakfast bar seating 4 people is a great spot to sit and enjoy snacks, drinks and chats throughout the day. A nearby dining table sits between the kitchen and windows looking out over the pool deck, a great place to enjoy breakfast each morning. The main dining table has 8 chairs and is just inside the front door, it’s a perfect location to spend an evening playing board games. The second lounge is upstairs, here you'll find a sofa for 6 people around a flatscreen TV, a perfect place for teenagers to call their own, leaving adults downstairs watching their choice of programme.
The Main bedroom is adjacent to the lounge downstairs, it is the only bedroom on the ground floor and contains a King-size bed, patio doors leading out onto the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the front of the villa upstairs and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is at the back of the villa with a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 4, which contains a Double bed. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are next to each other behind the upstairs lounge and each have Twin beds. For the comfort and convenience of all guests, every bedroom has a flatscreen TV.
For those with energy left to burn there is a games room where you can play as much pool and table football as you like. Some seating has also been supplied so that spectators can watch the action unfold as they await their turn in comfort. The community clubhouse is just a 6 minute walk away and offers facilities including an internet room, TV lounge, outdoor heated swimming pool, lazy river, spa and sunbathing area, fully-equipped fitness centre, picnic area, kid's play area, fishing lake, tennis and volleyball courts.
