The villa is on the peaceful Kissimmee community of Indian Ridge Oaks and guests staying here have full access to the facilities which include a tennis court, kiddie’s play area and communal swimming pool. Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World theme parks are just 10-15 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 15-20 minutes away. Hogwarts Express and Diagon Alley are waiting for eager Harry Potter fans at Universal Resorts which can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes by road, slightly quicker by broomstick! Orlando's newest theme park, Universal Epic Universe can be reached in 25-30 minutes and has four new and exciting worlds for your family to explore, including Dark UNiverse and SUPER NINTENDO WORLD. The lively US192 is a couple of minutes away from Indian Ridge Oaks and this is where Sunset Walk and Kissimmee Old Town are located, both fun places to visit, particularly in the evenings. This popular road is also home to hundreds of family-friendly restaurants and take-aways, offering everything from steaks to salads, pancakes to pasta and burgers to burritos. The I-4 Highway is easy to reach from here and this will lead you to Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and some of Florida’s amazing white sandy beaches.
This comfortable family villa is the ideal home from home for your Orlando holiday. Immediately inside the front door is the open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and utensils you are likely to need. The small dining table in the kitchen overlooks the front garden and is a great place for tea and toast in the morning. A second dining table is nearby and is a perfect place for meals or evening fun playing board games together. At the back of the villa is the naturally lit family lounge with comfy sofas, flatscreen TV and patio doors leading out to the south-facing pool deck.
The Main bedroom is on the left of the family lounge and has a King-size bed, window overlooking the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the lounge and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3, decorated in a Disney Princess theme, is next to Bedroom 2 and has Twin beds. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen televisions, so everybody gets to watch their programme of choice at the end of a busy day.
A favourite feature of this villa is the air-conditioned games room, equipped with a pool table, seating, games console and arcade machine. The community swimming pool, tennis court and kiddie’s play area are also available for guests to use, and these facilities are a couple of minutes away from your villa.
