The villa has tasteful décor and furnishings throughout, 3 good-sized bedrooms, a games room and a southeast-facing pool deck with an undercover dining area and no immediate neighbours to the rear. The magic and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove less than half an hour away by car. Epic Universe, Orlando's newest theme park can be reached in 35-40 minutes and has brand new rollercoasters to entertain your family. More fun can be found at Universal Resorts, home to the popular Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay water park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, 35-40 minutes away via the I-4 Highway. Berry Town Center is just a mile or so away from Calabay Parc and has a Publix supermarket and selection of family restaurants, including an Applebees, iHop and a popular British bar. If at the end of your day, you still have energy to spare, there is a children's play area and outdoor gym equipment available for your use.
This well-presented spacious villa has all the comforts of home to help you and your family relax as you spend quality time together here in Orlando. The open-plan layout includes a lounge area with enough comfy seating so that everybody can sit and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV, doors from here lead out to the southeast-facing pool area. The modern kitchen is at the back on the right and has been equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils that make meal preparation easy, and the nearby dining table overlooks the pool deck and is a great place for meals or evening fun playing games and chatting.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa on the left and has a King-size bed, windows overlooking the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the right of the lounge and has a Queen-size bed and a window overlooking the front garden, this is close to the Twin-bedded Bedroom 3, which is decorated in a style to suit guests of all ages.
The games room will provide lots of opportunities to make long-lasting holiday memories together as you play games of pool or table football, before challenging each other to games on the arcade machine to see who gets the high score honours. Calabay Parc also has community facilities, a children's play ground and outdoor exercise equipment, should a bit more energy need using up before bed.
After exhausting days at the theme parks or shopping malls you will want to come back home for some rest and relaxation. The private southeast-facing pool provides the ideal opportunity for you to be able to do this, before settling down around the covered table with drinks and snacks. A pool deck cloakroom has been provided, so there will be no more mad sprints through the villa with wet feet.
