Disney World, including Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios, is just 10-15 minutes’ drive from here, making this one of the closest communities to Mickey Mouse and friends. If you want to watch a show at SeaWorld or swim with dolphins in Discovery Cove, you should allow 15-20 minutes for your journey. Universal Resorts, just 20-25 minutes away, is where you can visit Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, stroll down Diagon Alley in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, make a splash at Volcano Bay water park or experience the white-knuckle rollercoasters at Islands of Adventure. The popular US192 is a mile or so away from here and has hundreds of dining options to tempt your taste buds, catering for all appetites, budgets and dietary requirements.

The open plan layout includes a centrally placed kitchen, equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils required to fulfil any culinary task. A dining table in the kitchen seats 6 people and is a great spot for breakfast as you start making plans for the day ahead. A second dining table nearby is the ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The lounge is at the heart of the villa and has comfy seating, a large flatscreen TV and French doors leading to the southeast-facing pool area.
The Main bedroom is to the left of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a door leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is on the right of the villa and has a four-poster Queen-size bed, door to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is at the front of the villa away from all the other bedrooms and has a Queen-size bed. To the right of the lounge is the Frozen-themed Bedroom 4 with Twin beds and the Shrek-themed Bedroom 5 which has Bunk beds. Each bedroom has got its own flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to enjoy lazy mornings in bed watching TV before rushing off out to the parks.
Those guests with a competitive streak might want to head to the games room and challenge each other to a game of pool or table football, or head to the community facilities to play tennis or basketball. Additional amenities include a small putting green and a children’s play area with swings and slides.
The southeast-facing pool and spa has easy access handrails and steps into the water as well as privacy fences on all sides to help you relax as you enjoy the sunshine. There are plenty of loungers and seating options for the whole family, either out in the sun or under the covered dining area. Access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom and Bedroom 2 is directly from the pool deck.
