Situated on the US27 in Davenport, just a few miles south of the US192 is this 3 bedroom privately owned rental villa on Highgate Park, a gated sub-division of the Legacy Park community. With a good-sized private pool, a games room and plenty of space for everybody, this is an ideal choice for your Orlando holiday. The rides and parades of Disney World can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes from here, with Discovery Cove and SeaWorld about 25-30 minutes away. Harry Potter fans keen to sip a Butterbeer or buy a wand in Ollivanders can be at Universal Resorts in 35-40 minutes by driving along the nearby I-4 Highway. Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, can be reached in 35-40 minutes and has four exciting new worlds for your family to explore, Dark Universe, How to Train Your Dragon - Isle of Berk, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Ministry of Magic. Berry Town Center is a mile from Legacy Park and this is where you will find your nearest restaurants as well as a Publix supermarket and British bar. A wider range of restaurants and take-aways are waiting to be discovered on the US192, 2 miles north of this community.
Immediately inside the villa entrance, to the right-hand side, is a formal lounge with comfortable seating, a great place to sit and relax with a good book. The nearby formal dining table seats 6 people and is perfect for mealtimes or evenings together playing cards and chatting. Continuing through the villa to the left-hand side is the open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and utensils you might need and a breakfast bar which is great for snacks and drinks throughout the day. Another dining table is nearby and is ideal for tea and toast in the morning as you work out your plans for the day ahead. At the back of the villa is the main family lounge with a sofa, loveseat and armchair, a flatscreen TV and patio doors to the sunny pool deck.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the family lounge and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the family lounge and has a Queen-size bed, Bedroom 3 is nearby and has been furnished with Bunk beds. Each bedroom has a TV so there is no need for anybody to miss out on watching their favourite programme as they drift off to sleep at the end of a busy day.
The games room, located at the front of the villa, is equipped with table tennis, table football, basketball and seating. The community tennis court is in a quiet corner of the estate, a couple of minutes’ walk away from here, next to a children’s play area and picnic zone and guests are welcome to make full use of these facilities during their stay here.
The outside deck has a good-sized private pool and no directly overlooking neighbours at the rear of the property. The covered area has an outdoor table with seating and is an ideal spot for alfresco dining by the pool.
Highgate Park is a peaceful gated sub-community within the larger Legacy Park community on the US27 in Davenport. It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions. All of our rental villas have a private pool and many of them have a games room which the kids will love, a spa to help you relax and a south or west-facing pool deck for sun worshippers, many also have scenic views for you to enjoy as you recharge your batteries. From here, the popular US192, with its bars, shops and restaurants, is just a short drive away.
