It sits on the US27 community of Orange Tree in Clermont, a peaceful development with playing fields, sports courts and a natural lake. Disney World theme parks are just 20-25 minutes away from here and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are about half an hour away. Orlando's new theme park, Epic Universe, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the other attractions at Universal Resort can be reached in as little as 35-40 minutes. The US192, with it’s selection of Orlando’s famous restaurants, is a few miles south of Orange Tree and offers something for everybody from pizza to pancakes, shakes to steaks and burgers to burritos.
With comfortable furnishings and a warm ambience that encourages you to immediately relax, this open-plan villa is perfect for your Orlando holiday. As soon as you enter through the front door you will see a quiet lounge area with comfy sofas and a window overlooking the pool deck. This is a great place to sit and recharge your batteries with a crossword or magazine, while still feeling part of the family group. The main lounge is at the rear of the villa and has sofas and an armchair in front of a flatscreen TV and a set of doors leading to the sunny pool deck. The centrally placed kitchen has all the equipment, gadgets and appliances you might need for a self-catering holiday and the nearby dining table overlooking the pool area is a great place for breakfast. At the front of the villa is a larger dining table, ideal for playing board games at in the evenings.
The Main bedroom has a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom and French doors leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 2, with a Queen-size bed, is towards the back of the villa and is opposite a bathroom that has easy access to the pool deck. To the right of the lounge, Bedrooms 3 and 4 are Twin-bedded rooms separated by a bathroom. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs, making relaxing holiday mornings in bed even more enjoyable.
The games room contains a pool table, table tennis, TV and plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy spending plenty of quality time together, making memories that will last a lifetime.
The good sized pool deck has a private swimming pool with a relaxing spa, an undercover dining table and plenty of space on the patio for sunbathing or playing games during your rest days from the theme parks. There is direct access to the bathroom next to Bedroom 2 from the pool deck, avoiding any mad sprints through the villa with wet feet.

Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. All of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation villas we have to rent have a private pool and many of them also benefit from having a games room and south or west-facing view from the pool deck, often with a scenic conservation view. The popular US192, with its wide range of shops and family-friendly restaurants is a few miles south of here.
