It features a private pool and spa, a games room and is very close to the resort facilities, which can be reached with a short 4 minute walk. At the clubhouse you will find a heated swimming pool, spa, lazy river and a children’s play area. Inside is a modern gym for active holidaymakers, TV lounge and internet room. Sportier guests will want to make use of the beach volleyball and tennis courts to use up the last of their energy at the end of the day. Just a 5 minute drive from your villa is ChampionsGate and Reunion Villages, which have a range of restaurants for you to try. Alternatively, more options can be found at the very popular US192, which is just a few miles from your villa. Disney World can be reached in just 15-20 minutes, so hop in your car and make your way to Magic Kingdom to see the parades, Epcot to taste food from around the world and fly the Millenium Falcon at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios. Orlando’s newest theme park, Epic Universe, can be reached in 30-35 minutes and has exciting new rollercoasters and experiences for your family to enjoy, while Universal Resorts have The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park which are all just 25-30 minutes from your villa. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or encounter all kinds of additional marine life at SeaWorld, both just 20-25 minutes from your villa.
The modern kitchen is located to the left side of the villa and is well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make self-catered meals. Start your morning with orange juice and cereal at the breakfast bar, before you head out for exciting day with your family. To the back left is the formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal before playing card games once the dishes have been cleared away. The main family lounge is at the back right of the villa with a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and a door leading to the private pool and spa, so you can watch your favourite movies before stepping out for a dip in the water. Upstairs is a second family lounge with a flatscreen TV and table football, an ideal place for younger guests to claim as their own space.
The Main bedroom is located to the back left of the villa with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 is at the front left with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is at the front left of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and is next to the downstairs family bathroom. Bedroom 4 is back upstairs and at the back right with a Queen-size bed while the nearby Bedroom 5 has a Tinkerbell-theme and Twin beds. Bedroom 6 is to the front right and has a Jurassic Park-theme and 2 sets of Bunk beds. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so guests can watch their favourite programmes as they drift off to sleep.
Head to the games room to find a ping-pong table while the upstairs lounge has table football and a flatscreen TV with games consoles. For further activities, take a short 4 minute walk to the nearby resort facilities. At the clubhouse there is an internet room, modern gym and TV lounge, while outside is a heated swimming pool, lazy river, spa and a children’s play area. Sportier guests will want to head to the tennis and beach volleyball courts to join in a game.
