This 3 bedroom single family rental villa is on Tuscan Hills, a small and peaceful gated community on the US27 in Davenport. A short drive from here is the junction of the US192, a popular destination for those wanting to have time together away from the parks, or to splash some of their holiday cash in the many shops, bars and restaurants that are waiting to be discovered. Rides and rollercoasters of Disney World can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are about 25-30 minutes away and Volcano Bay water park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and other delights at Universal Resorts are 30-35 minutes’ drive away along the nearby I-4 Highway. The villa has a private pool deck with an outside dining area, the perfect place to relax at the end of a fun day in the parks. When it gets too hot outside, head indoors to play a few games of pool in the games room. Guests staying here are also able to use the community facilities on offer, including a volleyball court, gym and kiddie’s play area, these are at the clubhouse which is just a 2 minute walk away from the villa.
This comfortable rental villa will immediately feel like home, allowing you to relax and get into holiday mode as soon as you have unpacked your suitcase. The lounge is near the entrance and has comfy seating for 6 guests on a corner sofa around a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and patio doors leading out onto the sunny pool deck. The kitchen, with all the appliances, equipment and utensils you are likely to need is nearby and the breakfast bar is a great place to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks. The dining table has 6 chairs so everybody can sit around enjoying meals or evenings together playing board games.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the kitchen, this has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, near the front of the villa, has a Queen-size bed and this is close to Bedroom 3 which has Twin beds and a fun Monsters Inc theme to appeal to younger family members. Every bedroom has its own flatscreen TV so there is no need to compromise about what to watch.
For those who enjoy a little competition, the villa has a games room housing a pool table, perfect if you want to practice your ball-potting skills out of the sun. Community facilities can be found at the clubhouse, an easy 2 minute walk from here, including gym, volleyball court and kiddie’s play area.
After busy days having fun at the theme parks, come back home to relax on the pool deck. With privacy hedges and walls and plenty of seats and sun loungers this is a great place to recharge your batteries as the kids have fun in the private pool.
