This comfortable open-plan villa will give you and your family every opportunity to relax and enjoy precious time together, away from the chaos of normal everyday living back home. The kitchen area on the left-hand side has all the appliances, equipment and gadgets you might need for a self-catering holiday and a high top dining table for tea and toast in the morning as you work out your plans for the day ahead. A second dining table on the other side of the kitchen has enough seats so that everybody can dine together or sit and play board games once the dishes have been cleared away. The light and bright family lounge has patio doors leading to the west-facing pool deck, comfy sofas and a large flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is at the rear of the villa and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a door leading to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed, this is close to the Twin-bedded Bedroom 3, decorated in a style to suit all guests. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV so if anybody wants to go to bed early they can still continue watching their programme of choice.
The games room has air hockey and a pool table - guests will also be able to access the nearby community facilities, including the well-equipped gym and the outdoor swimming pool.
The outdoor area is a great place for relaxing after a busy day at the parks, it is west-facing with no rear neighbours and has a private pool, covered dining area and access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom.
