Ideally suited for all major theme parks, Disney World is just 20-25 minutes away by car and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are less than half an hour’s drive away. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park can be reached in as little as 30-35 minutes via the nearby I-4 Highway. Restaurant options suitable for all tastes, appetites and dietary requirements can either be found in ChampionsGate Village or along the popular US192, a couple of miles north of ChampionsGate. Guests staying here have full access to the community facilities, considered to be some of the best in the Disney area, which are just a 5 minute walk from here. The spacious, open-plan, layout of this villa allows everybody to have their own space so that you can relax and enjoy precious family time together. Centrally placed downstairs is the modern kitchen, equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils to satisfy any culinary desire, with a breakfast bar for 4 people being a great place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee whenever you want to rest for a few moments. The nearby dining table has 8 seats and is perfect for mealtimes together or for evening fun playing games and chatting. The downstairs lounge has windows overlooking the south-facing pool deck, a large corner sofa and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. A second lounge area is upstairs on the landing, this one also has a corner sofa and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Younger family member also have their own ‘secret den’ area tucked away near the downstairs lounge, this has a TV and bean bags so they can watch their own programmes in comfort.
The Main bedroom is downstairs to the right of the lounge and has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a door leading directly to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the front door and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that can, if necessary be accessed from the hallway. All other bedrooms are upstairs, Bedroom 3 is at the back on the right and has a King-size bed, this room shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 4, another room with a King-size bed. Bedroom 5 is at the front on the left and has a King-size bed, Bedroom 6, centrally placed on the left, is a Toy Story-themed room with a Queen-size bed and a shared en-suite bathroom with the 101 Dalmatians-themed Bedroom 7 which has Twin beds. Bedroom 8, a Princess-themed room with custom-made Twin beds is at the back of the villa. The amazingly decorated Bedroom 9 is perfect for young Star Wars fans, it is furnished with 2 sets of custom-made Bunk beds sleeping up to 4 people in total. Each bedroom contains its own flatscreen TV so nobody has to miss out on watching their favourite programme if they want to retire early after a long day at the parks.
This villa has one of the best air-conditioned games rooms on ChampionsGate, it has amazing décor, an air hockey table, basketball game, a bowling machine and wide selection of arcade and video game machines to keep the whole family entertained for hours. Other community facilities can be found at Oasis clubhouse, a 5 minute walk from here, including a state of the art gym, movie theatre showing family favourites, licenced Tiki bar and full-service restaurant, games room with arcade-style machines, heated swimming pool with lazy river and water slides and outdoor sports courts for tennis and beach volleyball.
After busy days exploring everything Florida has to offer you can return home to your villa for some rest and recreation time together. The south-facing outside area has a private pool, relaxing spa, covered dining area, direct access to the en-suite loo of the Main bedroom and no rear neighbours.
