This bright, spacious and welcoming villa is perfect for families that want to escape the hustle and bustle of their regular day-to-day lives. Immediately inside the front door is a quiet lounge area with a sofa and an armchair as well as a work area with desk and chair in case you have to ‘work from home’ while the rest of your family enjoy themselves. On the right of the front door is a family dining table with 6 seats, a perfect place to sit and enjoy an evening of playing board games once the dinner dishes have been cleared away. Next is an open-plan, spacious lounge with windows to the pool deck, a large comfy corner sofa, reclining armchair and a flatscreen TV, a great place to sit and enjoy movie nights with your family. To the right of this lounge is the kitchen, equipped with all the appliances, utensils and gadgets you might require to rustle up snacks and tasty meals for everybody. A breakfast bar here is an ideal place to enjoy drinks and nibbles throughout the day, and a small dining table, overlooking the pool deck, is a great place to start each morning with tea and toast as you plan the activities of the day ahead. Another lounge area is upstairs on the landing, with comfy seating and a flatscreen TV, giving everybody the chance to enjoy their own space to relax in.
The Main bedroom is upstairs on the left of the landing, it has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the landing and also has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is the only bedroom downstairs, it is to the left of the family lounge at the back of the villa and has a Queen-size bed, it is next to the downstairs family bathroom. Bedroom 4 is upstairs next to Bedroom 2 and has Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is to the right of the landing upstairs and has Twin beds, Bedroom 6 is a Star Wars-themed bedroom with Twin beds, Bedrooms 5 and 6 share an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have their own televisions, so nobody has to miss out on watching their favourite show as they drift off to sleep at night.
The games room hosts a pool table and an air hockey game, popular with adults and kids of all ages. Further facilities can be found at the clubhouse, less than 10 minutes stroll from here, including a heated swimming pool, separate spa, sauna, games room, play area, Tiki bar, fitness centre and outdoor sports courts for tennis and volleyball.
After busy days enjoying the rides and rollercoasters at the theme parks, head back home to your villa and relax on the good-sized pool deck with private pool and spa as well as a covered area with tables for alfresco dining. There is a good amount of patio space to relax both in and out of the Florida sun. The woodland view at the back of the property provides good privacy to the rear of the villa. There is also a free gas BBQ for guest use, this is located outside out the pool screen area. There is easy access to the downstairs family bathroom from the pool deck, so no need for any mad dashes through the house with wet feet.
