Located on the peaceful gated community of Legacy Park – Highgate Park, this privately owned standard 4 bedroom Orlando vacation villa features a south-facing pool and is close to Disney World. Start your holiday by checking out the community facilities which are less than 1 minutes’ walk from your villa and include a tennis court and children’s play area. Disney World is only 20-25 minutes away by car, so visit Magic Kingdom to meet Mickey Mouse, Epcot to taste world cuisine and Hollywood Studios to fly the Millenium Falcon at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Universal Resorts also offers unlimited thrills at Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, as well as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park only being 35-40 minutes away. Other theme park options include swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove and riding Pipeline: The Surf Coaster at Seaworld, both only 30-35 minutes away. If self-catering is not for you, head to Berry Town Center, which is less than a mile away and is home to a number of restaurants. Alternatively, head a mile or so north up the US27 to reach the US192 and discover hundreds of restaurants that will suit all tastes and requirements.
This villa shall be a second home for you during you stay, so make yourself comfortable and settle in. To the right of the villa is the well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 4, a perfect place for the designated chef to whip up fluffy American pancakes before a day of theme parks. Next to the kitchen is a formal dining table with seating for 4, where you can enjoy a meal before spending the evening playing card games or having a chat, while a window overlooking the south-facing pool deck allows you to keep an eye on the kids as they play in the pool. A family lounge can be found to the left of the villa, with sofa seating for 6, a flatscreen TV and a door providing access to the south-facing pool, so watch all your favourite movies here, before going out for a swim.
Located to the back left of the villa with a King-size bed, window overlooking and door to pool deck and en-suite bathroom is the Main bedroom. On the left but more centrally located is Bedroom 2, with a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is on the right with Twin beds and shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 4, which is at the front right and also has Twin beds. All rooms come with a flatscreen TV, making early nights drifting off to sleep that bit easier.
Keep the kids entertained during your villa vacation by taking them to the community facilities which are less than a minutes’ walk from your villa. With a tennis court and children’s play area, there is plenty to tire them out before bedtime.
Spend quality family time together on your very own private south-facing pool. Teach the kids to swim, before lying back and soaking up the sun on one of the sun loungers. Highgate Park is a peaceful gated sub-community within the larger Legacy Park community on the US27 in Davenport. It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions. All of our rental villas have a private pool and many of them have a games room which the kids will love, a spa to help you relax and a south or west-facing pool deck for sun worshippers, many also have scenic views for you to enjoy as you recharge your batteries. From here, the popular US192, with its bars, shops and restaurants, is just a short drive away.
