Disney World, reached with a 25-30 minute drive, is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, where you can meet all your favourite characters. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, is where your family can explore 4 unique and exciting locations, all just 35-40 minutes from your villa. Adrenaline pumping rides are 30-35 minutes away at Universal Resorts, which has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. To the right of the front door is a second lounge with sofa seating and a flatscreen TV, so no guests have to miss their preferred programme. A third lounge is upstairs with sofa seating and a flatscreen TV, a great space for younger guests to claim as their own.
The Main bedroom is upstairs and at the front left of the villa with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front right with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 is at the back left with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The Mickey Mouse-themed Bedroom 4 is at the back right with Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is on the ground floor and at the left of the villa with a King-size bed, while the nearby Bedroom 6 has Twin beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV so guests can watch their favourite movies as they drift off to sleep.
At the front of the villa, you will find the well-equipped and air-conditioned games room. Play against your family on the pool table, air hockey game and table football, all while watching movies on the flatscreen TV. More entertainment can be found by driving 4 minutes to the resort facilities. A 6 bedroom villa on the gated golf and country club of Providence. The home is very well equipped and well maintained and has all of the essentials for a very nice holiday home. Lots of space for guests with 3 lounge areas and a great air-conditioned games room. The south-facing pool area has lovely scenic views and good privacy.
Providence is an award winning gated golf and country club community in Davenport, close to Disney World and Universal Resorts. Many of our privately owned rental villas on this beautifully kept 2,200 acre resort have well-maintained landscaping, conservation or lake views as well as west-facing private swimming pools and games rooms for the kids to enjoy. Community facilities include one of the best 18 hole championship golf courses in Orlando, two heated swimming pools, a well-equipped gym and plenty of walking, running and cycling trails for those looking to stay fit while in Florida.
As of the 1st May 2024 Providence Golf and Country Club have introduced a "Common area recreational facilities" fee. The daily Fee is $10 per adult and is not subject to tax. Children under the age of 16 will be free but must always be accompanied by an adult. The fee covers access to the pool areas and gym and is only required if guests wish to use these amenities. Payment can be made at the clubhouse front desk when checking in to use the pool and gym and payment can only be made in cash or by check. There are no multi day or weekly passes, daily passes only.
